I wish the dock would come back into stock. Ive been waiting for it for awhile now. I check best buy every so often and its always sold out. Great accessories guide and im glad to hear the SP SD card works great i want to buy 3 of them for various purposes. That TomTom back sounds awesome too!

hey! i'm kind of freaking out and knowing asap is appreciated! how do i take off the bracket at 2:35 ? I bought a magnetic charger that has that same design, but i don't know how to take it off, i'm terrified of damaging my rog ally and yea, im FREAKING OUT PLEASE HELP, im not trolling im freaking desperate

Can I ask what settings you are using for sf6. I have the original rig ally and can only seem to make it run at 60fps with potato mod
You can only get 60 fps, it’s capped because it’s a fighting game

@@JasonWitmerYT Just got home from work after a long day & dozed off out on the patio while trying to relax & game lol shorty after the first time my left analog stick did stop working up & down it would only work left & right but apparently that was most likely an update that released at the time. Had to send it in for repairs.
So youre the only one thats lucky enough to have the rog that dont destroy your sd card. Lucky you

so you literally haven't had any issues with using a sd card in the ally? getting mines in a couple days nervous to use one keep hearing its frying cards .
I've had no issues so far, I think its a defect found in a small number of Ally.

I’d reccomend you not use an ad card, but get a 1/2tb ssd and install it instead!
Have been using a Samsung 512gb sd card since day one and have had zero problems with the Ally.
I have one with the SD card issue, its not that uncommon, the reddit page is full of people with the issue. I was able to return mines, I may try again with a Samsung sd card as most of the people who havent had an issue seem to be using Samsung cards. (just my observation) but the safer bet is to just upgrade the inside.
I wonder if the deck mate accessories work with that kickstand bracket

when i messaged breedgaming on their etsy page, they said deckmate attachments work on the device.
I chatted with the Deckmate creator, they ripped off the deckmate design
Just updating this post. the bracket is horrible quality. it's rough and will leave black scuff marks on your ally. My order didn't even come with the kickstand.
Deck mate are about to release the Ally mate bracket. I just ordered that one. It's not on their site yet they're doing a presale to previous buyers.

To anyone reading this, DO NOT TRUST THE SD CARD READER. If you're getting an Ally, invest in an SSD upgrade instead. There's a high likelihood of your SD card reader failing, and even frying whatever SD card you put in there. Consider the SD card reader non-existent until Asus addresses it with something more than a fan curve update.

@@mccheeze775 No you wouldn’t. The SSD is user replaceable and doesn’t void any warranty should you choose to change it.

They are easily replaceable, your display isn’t. Better to be safe than sorry

That's completely a Deckmate ripoff. The stand is just a Deckmate stand attached to a chunkier piece of plastic with a Deckmate shaped hole in it. Not sure how I feel about that.
