Depends on your recovery. If you feel recovered, go ahead and workout 7 times a week

how do we come to if HRV indicates the Recovery, like if i have HRV 29ms, does it mean it is recovery, how do we find by data if I am recovering or not by looking at the data.
29 is pretty low, unless you’re sick
