Today's found CZcams channel and subscribe.and 👍 I'm 60 years old young lady 😊 doing everyday 1 hour yoga in the morning and evening time walking 20/25 min. After walking heart rate 115/123 , I have no sugar , no BP, no cholesterol, no eny issues , my heart rate 65/68 , BMI 24 . Listening your video today and motivated myself. Thankyou so much for sharing your knowledge.

Hi JC !! I really appreciate the work that you're doing. Can you please give me a suggestion on my problem.
I'm worried about getting a kidney stone as I've heard that whey protein is bad.(I personally use ON whey)
I know that it's made up of milk so it doesn't harm you but I'm talking about the long term effects of taking it / on top of this I've seen that multivitamin can also be risky as too much calcium and other minerals can lead to kidney stones as well.
