  • Sharing one of my sequence practices as I explore different ways to use my Au de Cabeca in front of this amazing Ricky Watts Mural. These are practices I do in between classes meant to compliment the training I receive from my Contra Mestre; Hopefully they can help others.

    Fantastic video!
    Between classes I like to do a little yoga. It's funny how both yoga and capoeira compliment the other, and I find that I get better at both through practicing the two simultaneously.

    also the guard of your two arms is too much open to kick and punch of the opponent. u need to close it

    U still cross the legs in the jinga. your balance will be bad and your stand affected
