4 Abreast Harrowing and Sowing - Will I Beat the Rain???!!!

Some of the last two days. Worked Monday harrowing with all 4 abreast, long hard day, tired ponies and worn out driver by sundown. Next morning, out sowing with a team, worked till noon and the changed out for fresh horses and kept at it till 3 as the sky grew darker with howling wind gusts. Managed to finish up the section and got everything home and under cover only ten minutes before the rain started spattering down. Horses got in a good roll and I walked home for a late lunch/early supper. Farming always tends to be a "sandwich" trying to fit everything in between poor weather spells. This year seems quite touchy weatherwise. I hope it squares away by hay time. What will be will be.
