- The king of sport touring bikes! Today I get on the SuperSport, a bike meant for practical applications with more than enough power under the seat.

This bike wasn't even on my radar, but then I came across a 2019 Supersport online with only 2159 km on it. and the same day I found a 2018 BMW s1000r with only 2400 km on it. and a 2017 Street Triple RS with 1800 km on it. and all of them looked really nice and looked close to new in the pictures. and there was a video of The Ducati and it sounded so sweet with the V Twin engine. and the price was right. and I was thinking wow a Ducati. I actually never imagined owning one. it always seemed out of my league. so when I saw these 3 bikes online I spent a few days online looking at CZcams reviews on all of them, the only one out of the three I had ever ridden before was the Street Triple RS. and I was hoping the bikes weren't going to sell while I tried to make up my mind what to do. but after maybe 3 days I decided to go with the Ducati. and it wasn't sold yet. all 3 bikes were a two and a half hour drive one way. and I didn't want to drive a 5 hour round trip to test a bike. so I made an offer on the Ducati online without ever seeing it in person or ever riding one. the offer was excepted and the next day it got delivered in a van. and when they rolled it out of the van it looked like it came off the show room floor. and I couldn't believe how beautiful it was. and when I first road it down the street I was instantly like wow this is nice. I only road it for ten minutes that day. the next time I road it was a couple of days later, an hour each way to get the bike put in my name. and on that trip I totally fell in love it it. its such a sweet machine. I love everything about it. love the seat hight. love the stock sound. love the engine power delivery, love the confident inspiring handling and stable ride. how it holds lines around sweeping turns. the only negative is the engine heat because I live in a super hot place. but I am in love with this bike. every time I look at it I find myself drooling. this is maybe my favorite bike I ever owned in my life. and I have only ridden it twice. its not the S model but it came with the back seat cover.

i have a 2017 supersport s and love it. it is the most comfortable and beautifully handling bike i have had. coming off of three honda cbr 600 rr’s, a yamaha fz-09 and yamaha fz-07.
Do you ever feel like you lack any sporting capability? Especially in relation to the cbr600? I have fz07 now and looking for something a little sportier and the duc Supersport is top of my list but wondering whether it's worth the extra price vs a Japanese 600 supersport
Jjguthrie2993 sorry for the late response. it definitely is a sporty bike. it is narrow and nimble and with the torque it has, it is amazing.
Jjguthrie2993 i think it is worth the extra money. i loved my cbr600rr’s but find that the seating on this ducati it so comfortable and your legs are not in such a squatting position. so much fun to ride. i am a casual rider.
Lovely mid range bike but mirrors looked pretty vibey when you hit around 80 (6.10 ish)
Nice review. I’ve had my SSS almost 2 years, can’t fault it...so comfortable to ride and it’s very fast
Next time try to set the "sport" map, the urban one have a looooot of less power

So is Garcia getting out of the Ducati business? I've noticed they don't have any 2019 stock. I bought my Hypermotard there, so that would be sad. This SuperSport looks great though, I've considered trading my Hyper for one. Cool review.
Hey man! A lot of people have been asking that. Definitely not. Had some dealer issues with them and the owner decided to clear out his inventory before ordering a whole new fleet. With that said, as of yesterday there are two diavels, a multistrada, v4s, cafe racer on the way. I believe 8-10 bikes total to start.

That's very good news. I love the Garcia guys, always have had good experiences there and wanted to get my next Ducati from them.
I'd love a new V4S but I struggle to think of a good reason to have such a powerful bike for the street, and a 28K track bike seems like a weird indulgence. I have a hard time finding where to lay down 110'ish HP with my hypermotard. Most of the backroads around the area really don't need anywhere near that amount of power.
@@RogueMogul Go watch the Chaseontwowheels First Ride of the V4s. It pretty much convinced me it works on the street. I talked to the master Ducati tech today and he said its a phenomenal engine. The garcia guys are very blunt with me. If I keep my XR I will have the inline 4 feel from that.

All dealers in the US will allow you to test drive a bmw Ducati or Aprilia with proper papers
