Make sure your game version is the same as the table, eg this is 1.6.2 table so it won't work for game version below this but should work with game version above, you can find game version in the bottom right corner at the start menu

if you wanna keep the items what you wanna do is. once you get all the items. SAVE THE GAME. then CLOSE the Cheat Engine. then save the game again, restart the game and there you go! IT WORKED FOR ME. I GOT ALL THE ITEMS FOR FREE LOLOLOL
