The channel is definitely a better tool for actually relaying information than the podcast, visual aids make a big difference plus the video format keeps the discussion a bit more corralled than a free flowing conversation. That said, there's nothing like a good podcast to keep company on a long drive or walk
Eoin’s dead right on the Jaffa cake front. Far too dry. Aldi’s Jaffa cakes are the kings for me. Daire, would love to hear your experience of owning a gym and what it was like, if it was what you expected and why you got out of that game.
To add to the algorithm: I went to Cyprus, did the border crossing through Nicosia as a lot of tourists do, its super strange. You see just part of a city, houses streets you name it, which are completely abandoned because they were deemed no mans land. Also, when you're on the Turkish side there is a big bazar and everything looks a bit old timey, and you can buy Tommy Hilfiger shirts for 5 euro, then you pass through the no mans land where it seems as if there is nuclear fallout and every one packed their shit and went, and then you cross into the greek part and you're in a modern shopping street with glass buildings, three mcdonalds' and an H&M. Super strange, definitely worth a visit
You know what would be class for your background? The sika deer skull with a barbell mounted on its horns and a shelf below it lined with PED bottles in a sort of display case. Also, looking forward to that movement library.
Aldi Jaffa cakes are the boss. Did you know as well the only difference between mcvities digestives and the knock offs is that one has the stamp. They're apparently made in the same factory. That's what a friend's dogs cousin told me anyway 🤷♂️
Greece definitely doesn't own half of Cyprus 😂 (I live here in Nicosia), and TECHNICALLY the north part of Cyprus is its own state that is only recognised by turkey. Hilarious hearing you say there's probably no one listening form Cyprus, your reach is more than you think! Come here for a seminar, you'll have at least 1 guaranteed attendant 😎
It's funny you should post this! I was listening to the podcast on Spotify during my cardio and was wishing you would go the other way and post the audio from some of your videos to spotify. Would be great to be able to listen to some of your stuff on the go.
I would say that the joint between the head and the cervical spine is the " atlantooccipital joint" The Atlas is the first cervical vertebra bone. The "atlas joint" is a bit non-specific and could pertain to either the atlantooccipital joint or the atlano-axial joint. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atlanto-occipital_joint
Ponies in general are absolute little wankers. Had one when I was 8 that belted me in the femur and landed me in a cast for about 4 months. I have the utmost sympathy for any of you that have suffered at the hands of a bastard little Shetland.
Cypress is as much its own country as taiwan is, in name its definitely not, historically it really isnt, realistically it probably shouldn't be (Taiwan imho should be the ruling government of china in its totality, but functionality its just an autonomous state) but it is functionally an autonomous state of Greece/turkey besides the fact that im pretty sure they're both technically still fighting over it.
@@nicholaskarras2759 I'd say being a full member of the EU would mean that Cyprus is being allowed more of the benefits of being a sovereign state than Taiwan, which finds itself locked out of international organisations by the PRC
Joe Rogan can’t compete with the Sika lads

Podcasts always my preference for the bike ride to work. Would love if more of the content ended up on that feed, even if it's delayed
That Oreo hot take was excellent. Right at the end too. Next podcast: Eoin hates puppies, and why they're just dumb tiny dogs

The office is in a prime location to comment on how high or low the river Lee is!
Jasus lads, that window will give your location away. I could show up and start licking the door knob in the hopes of absorbing squat power.
Training done. Cuppa in hand. Sh*t talk on. Let's do this lads. Loving this format. I do enjoy them on my walks to though.

The classic British exit strategy. Divide along ethnic lines and leave them to it. What could go wrong..

Cypresses has a DMZ

I WILL NOT STAND FOR THIS OREO HATRED
Oreo's are the most overrated biscuit in the world
I'm just here for the angry Cypriots
