Ya I have to watch the dairy I will gain quickly if I use heavy cream of blue cheese or cheeses so I limit them went lion after the holidays gained almost Twenty pounds between end of November through January!

Does your powdered milk have soy lecithin in it? I know you said, so long as it only ingredient is milk, mine has milk & soy lecithin. Just thought I’d ask. 😊
Yes mine does contain soy lecithin. I'd actually not realised that, but just looked at the ingredients. It still works to keep them alive though.
