I saw a water proof case for the Osmo Pocket 2, it looks like it will work against wind. Hopefully they will release it for the pocket 3 also. They also sell shock absorbing mounts.
I've been trying to find videos on this, and I think you're the first to cover it. I ride on a bicycle and my old camera has been great against vibrations. It's a pity, because the video quality coming out of this camera is fantastic. Have you tried it strapping it on your chest to see if the cmos vibrations are present?
Correct, I use my instaX3 on my handlebar. Just want to see if this could be an option considering the quality of the video.. I know now that its not an option 😂
it wont work. vibrations on handle bar are to much for the pocket. i did this and so very frustrated. the only work around are to buy dumpers but its shaky sa hell, helmet mount and chest mount is the best option to go. osmo pocket are not built for moto vlogging mounted in handle bars or any mount with vibrations. well its not an action camera.
Yeah, I knew that before even doing this. But it didn’t stop me from trying so I tried. I think some people might consider buying this camera for motovlog so hopefully I saved someones money by showing this 😁
I currently use my insta x3 for my handlebar, just experimenting if OP3 will work. It would have been nice considering the quality.. but unfortunately it does not.
Thanks for trying, and sharing your experience.
As an fpv pilot vibrations can be fix yung rubber dumpers on the handbar or any material

I think its not just wind, the handlebar vibration is too much for it.

I haven’t tried strapping on my chest but on a bicycle I think that could work. Your body has less vibrations than a handlebar.
@@titodomph Might give it a shot, but would be an expensive mistake if it doesn't work 😆
Hahah! CZcams not paying me enough to take that risk lol
@@titodomph Lol, I know the feeling. I personally don't get paid anything from yt 😂
Lol all that shaking reminds me of a nissan 300zx engine seizing 😆
Nasagot mo lahat ng tanong ko paps. Hahah maraming salamat sa video mo! 🙌👌💯
Walang anuman paps
@@titodomph bro try mo ung INSTA360 vibration dampener.
I noticed the instructions said specifically to not do that. (Expose the unit to constant vibration)
just shows that I dont read the manuals.. 😂
Fixing it in the middle of the motorcycle handlebar will have a better effect than fixing it on the motorcycle handlebar
ah that actually makes sense with regards to vibration but will be more distracting while driving though..
You need an action 4 for this
Yeah, OP3 is not an option for handlebar cam
Next year gopro will have 1 inch sensor equal to this.
One can only hope.. 😂
yeah that's not their field of expertise.
name is ? Helmet camera ?
I use gopro hero 10 on my helmet
ona ako boss dom
Vibrations will break the stabilizer
Yeah I figured thats the case as soon as I tried it 😂
Hehe

Was planning to buy this for our rides but I guess insta360 is way better. Buti nlang I see this. 😊
Yes sir better ang insta360 for motorcycles. Watch my latest vids may mga shot dun na naka insta360
It's not an action camera. For that you have a tons of options out there...

Glad someone gets it. It’s just an experiment. This is how we learn 😁

di talaga bagay dyan ang pocket boss dom
Parang mas ok ung 360 for me
Oo mas ok 360, di pwede tong OP3. Tinry mo lang for experiment hehe
