Arcane is a complete masterpiece show. Story, animation, music and everything else is just incredible. One of the best shows I have watched this year and I am glad that Riot Games have announced season 2 today.
I loved editing on this show and tried the best to show the relationship between Vi and Jinx.

I just want Vi to say “I love you sister” to try to reach Jinx’s heart
I really wished that Vi would say something at the Tea Party scene. I wish that she actually admitted that she loved her.
Edit: after watching a few videos, her reaction to high levels of stress is shutting down and not talking... I still wished she said something but being silent was her way of reacting to the stress.
Unfortunately Jinx is too far gone (as Cait said). Whatever Vi told her, nothing would change.
@@Flatrid I’m not saying that it’s easy but I’ve seen other shows where people tend to reach characters who seem to be too far gone.
@@sidneylominy7331 Believe me, I also hope that in season 2 they will be able to solve it, but given how things are going, I very much doubt it.
Jinx has a severe psychotic disorder (very well represented on the show) which causes her to suffer from schizophrenia, sociopathy and a total lack of empathy. And it is precisely this lack of empathy that does not allow her to understand what her sister is saying to her. Jinx doesn't care about her sister's feelings, Jinx just cares about her sister feeling unconditional love FOR HER, and ONLY for her. If her sister doesn't love her, or if Jinx suspects that she might betray her (even just by being with Cait, for example), she will immediately turn against her and consider her an enemy. It doesn't matter how Vi feels about it, it doesn't matter if Vi is happy with it or not. It only matters that Violet loves HER, not Cait or anyone else. This is because Vi is the object of her obsessive syndrome.
I really hope that Riot has a way to fix it, but I find it really difficult.
@@Flatrid you do realize the reason she suffers is because of the trauma the day the bomb went off and killed her friends. She lost everyone that day and it haunts her. It’s been shown multiple times that the voices in her head is what’s triggering her to be this alternative person you call “Jinx”. It’s also been shown that jinx does care about VI’s feelings. Yes she’s jealous of Cait and Vi being together but that’s probably because Sevika told jinx that Vi replaced her. Jinx has had multiple times where she could’ve killed vi or cait but hasn’t. Vi is jinx’s kryptonite and only vi will be able to fix things with jinx. Jinx doesn’t even care about the war, she was only doing that to make Silco happy. When vi told jinx they can run away just the two of them, jinx was willing to until silco told jinx vi is lying, that she would not like jinx for who she is now and would leaver after one day. The final moments of episode 9 we see jinx saying she just wanted vi to love her like she did before. If you think about it, cait is like jinx when she was called powder, which is probably why vi takes a liking to her. In episode 9 at the end, we see jinx acting out of rage and firing the rocket. She did that for silco, because silco is the only one who accepted her for being jinx. Vi didn’t, because she’s so focused on the past, and how she made jinx the person she is today by leaving her and calling her a jinx. Season 2 will probably consist of jinx on one side, while cait is on the other and vi will have to choose which side she wants to be on. I already know it’s going to end sad, with jinx dying and it’ll either be by vi’s hands, or they’ll makeup but jinx will have to be punished because of her actions which will be death.
I loved their synergy more than anything in the series even after all traumas they went they still loved each other no matter what IM TEAM VI and TEAM JINX

Cause well a person with common sense would not guess one age.

I mean it's kinda simple.
I feel like jinx wasn't necessarily a jinx in the beginning. She was creative, intelligent, and curious. "Curiousity killed the cat" type thing. Especially as kids, your ability to create always seems to backfire, but it wasn't really jinxed. (Talking from experience) she wanted to prove she could do something and help, it just backfired really bad when it did.
No one can blame neither of them since Powder only tried to help, she didn't know the power she had in her hands and the impact this would cause. Powder had good intentions, but in the end it didn't work and that's heartbreaking. On the other hand, Vi lost 3 people she considered family and we can feel her frustration in the scene because she was just girl and couldn't help as she wished. People who have siblings fight for the most dumb things. They had bad luck and it hurts cause they deserve better:(.

I love them both sm. I don’t get all the hate on Vi, we’ve all said things we didn’t mean to and immediately regretted it, that’s what happened to Vi. She wanted to go straight back and save her little sister but Marcus took her away and arrested her. So if you wanna hate on someone, hate on Marcus, everything would’ve been fine if he wasn’t around.
I literally always cry when I hear that line “Maybe you could love me like you used to”
Why do arcane stans on here think love is about condoning someone's terrible actions or else you can't truly love them?
Vi made Jinx in one single moment of anger. Powder's last memory of her for all those years isn't the hugs or the love Vi showed her. It's that ice cold look of pure hatred. It's Vi hitting her. It's Vi abandoning her.
We know the whole story, but all Powder knows is that she accidentally killed their friends and presumably killed Vander, their father figure. She knows Vi hurt her in a way she never had before and never came back. She thinks Vi hates her and knows she killed everyone she ever loved and it breaks her. Silco just manipulated that pain to make Jinx into a weapon.
Yet none of that matters once they're reunited. Jinx's first instinct is to hug Vi, proving that Powder's still there. And why is Silco so scared of Vi? Because she's the only person in the whole world that can save Powder from him. She'll never be completely sane again, but she won't be his puppet anymore. Vi is the only one who can bring back Powder.
Vi didnt make jinx you stans just love blaming her for everything. Shes a traumatized child as well
@@OreoCookie324I'm not saying Violet is solely to blame. Jinx was able to come to the surface because of what Vi did to Powder. Silco made Powder's trauma worse, and pushed her farther down the rabbit hole of insanity, but without Vi's actions, Powder would've never become the Jinx she is.

Never have i ever felt depressed at the end of the tv series. Now i have to wait at least 1 more f*cking year for the season 2. I really enjoyed the series but i can't say i loved it, since it had such a sad ending it left me empty and unsatisfied. At least show a little bit of positivity next time?
I agree fully, while it is a masterpiece and greates work of art i nearly ever watched, it just breaks you to shatters, I'm already sad af in my real life, let the show have a happy ending, i know i won't have.
The series is simply wonderful, in my case that sad and depressing touch is not commonly seen in the series, and in my case it has been the best, not everything has a happy ending, and I am anxious for the 2 temp. I love reading opinions of this series. 💜
