    To those too young to remember. Before there was an EPA here's a few things that happened. Love Canal, the Cuyahoga River caught fire. DDT was killing off the American Bald Eagle. Phosphates were choking the waterways. Smog was so intense you couldn't see the sky. In LA you couldn't see the mountains. Just check it out. You'd be stunned about how bad things were when we let corporations do whatever they wanted. They haven't changed, remember the BP oil spill?

    • @WizzRacing
      @WizzRacing Před 12 dny +3

      False..As the reason LA had "smog". They thought building a city in a valley surrounded by Mountains was a good idea. Same for Mexico City. As it was not Smog. It was 1 hour of Ozone pushed down in the morning. Hell you can go back and see them in 1970's Movies made in LA at the time. The skyline was clear as any other place.
      Now if you want to talk about how the EPA dumped 3 million gallons of orange water filled with mercury and arsenic in the Colorado river. Which poisoned half the Southwest. Then we can go there.

      @@WizzRacing Those cities were founded before the industrial revolution genius. Business is supposed to ultimately benefit everyone not poison them. Stop making excuses for them. You care about them much more than they care about you and your family.
