I used to watch The raccoons when I was young in Canada. This was one of my all time favourite songs, and I always looked forward to it. Such an epic song for a cartoon from that era. It almost makes me feel old at 36 years old. But I love it anyway,
I feel the same way when I listen to Cheap Tricks I Want You To Want Me which came out when I was a teenager and realize all the screaming teen girls are now grandmothers.

I’ve heard many cool theme songs from cartoons, but this one just kicks ass! I remember watching The Raccoons 🦝 on the Disney Channel back when I was 6 years old, and I thought the theme was cool then, but listening to it 28 years later (as of this writing), it is even more cooler. Very edgy.
