It's certainly a joke in Barnsley now; a town rammed full of Lidl's and Aldi's with a mile long traffic queue down Burton Road into town. They made a reight mess of the new road round Wickes.... as for all the alcoholic and spiced-up bums in the town centre, God knows why they aren't moved out

I also love Barnsley Town but it has the illusion of attraction - short-lived mobile phone and bric-a-brac shops litter the new market and I hear stall prices are exaggerated.
