Hi Cheryl. I think you'll find a lot of their interaction is 'set-up', in a nice way. I don't for one minute think Thom is ever even slightly annoyed, angry or upset with Mel. It makes excellent entertainment for the channel!
Tom needs a 'Yes Mel' T-shirt designing, perhaps with a back print of 'You should be listing!'

I think you should have a monthly video😊 and call it "coffee break with Tom" maybe once a month just to discuss reselling and, what you guys do, different experiences, sharing tips, how he got started, what his ups and downs have been over so many years in the business... And yours to Mel. It would be great to do once a week but maybe start slow once a month and then sneak in more frequently. So happy to see you laugh and find joy. Thom reminds me of my brother. Great sense of humor but comes across as grumpy if you don't know how to read him 😂. I often get the head shake with a slight grin when I annoy him. I'm glad your kids looked out for you and reminded mum of "stranger danger" so you didn't end up locked in a warehouse with some youtube fan stalker 😄 ( maybe I've just watched too much CSI or something). Thanks for the laughs.

Just started following your channel as I've been considering starting a reselling business. What a giggle! That was so much fun and I am grateful for the belly laughs. I, too, have a "grumpy" mate who keeps me honest and grounded but also likes to share a laugh.
I had an inkling Tom might have been that book guy. Recently, I've been buying CDs again and hope maybe I've (unknowingly) purchased from Tom.
When I used to commute, I went through hundreds of audiobooks as I couldn't bear listening to the radio on the afternoon trip. I'd grab a coffee and enjoy the drive. The drive that took 50 minutes in the morning, took up to two plus hours in the afternoon due to much heavier traffic , crashes and breakdowns. So it was essentially to have a good book or two on board to get me through.
