This plane is so amazing, honestly! I would rate it over the PMDG 737 and call it "Study level". It surpasses the PMDG737 in modelling/texturing by far. It is an older plane with not as advanced systems, but the TMS for example, that this is modelled so detailed, is just awesome. The FMS is a bit of a shortcut, but it does all it has to do, but then again, this is a thing to fly the oldschool way. But to have the option to fly SID/STARS makes it even more versatile. I love it, and rate it No.2 in MSFS aircrafts, just behind the FENIX A320.
A must have for everyone that is not afraid to take his time and learn and appreciate every detail about this plane. Also thanks again for providing the tutorial series, i had to watch some of them multiple times, and try it out in the sim, to finally understand how this plane has to be flown and managed.
The only sad thing about this is, that there are not that many still in service. But luckily, there are still some operators around the world, to simulate current real-world routes.
I cant wait for the RJ version! Well done everyone involved, from the modelling/texturing, coding the systems, the soundengineers, the guys who put out the videos. It is a masterpiece that deserves much more attention! Go get it! :)
you on drugs? pmdg 737 is spot on
Nope and I tell you why below.
I do get your point and I personally love the BAe. It's the second most flown aircraft for me in the last weeks (right after the PMDG 737. The Fenix has the weakest performance of all mentioned on my not-to-date-PC and in addition I had an Airbus (FBW) in daily use for nearly 2 years as the only 'good airliner' in the sim. So at least it's Boeing time now for me again after FSX times).
But when you compare 'study levels' (I don't need to, but you did): What about "Abnormal procedures" (System faults, outages etc.)? What about long term maintenace (fluids like oil, hydraulic, etc.)? What about wear and tear (technically)...?
So... Let's call it an enormous "level of detail" and the BAe has one, definitely - but for studiing purposes you'll have to be a "fair weather student". ;)
Modeling wise, the Fenix could use a little work, tbh (the radome). The 737 is good but doesn't really innovate at all or offer anything new/different. I Iike all three but prefer the 146 over the other two. Just my personal opinion.
@@MCP2002 I wish the BAe could save the panel state so you could save a flight at any time... that's when you can really study the plane. The PMDG does that. Does anyone know any other plane that does that? Just Flight said they don't have plans for that feature... it takes a lot of work. I wish they would reconsider.
I agree with you on everything. Gem of a plane. Very rewarding to fly from taking off to landing. Just amazing plane. The best there is.
I will buy the 146 after getting a payroll on 15th. I can't wait to fly it.
Well invested money! :)
Less than a week to go!
@@stephenjones8928 Yeah. I'm really looking forward to it.
Stunning video, both visually and content wise. I am thoroughly enjoying the BAE 146 in MSFS.
Such a beautiful modelled aircraft, a real joy to fly 👏
I like that this is a small airliner but looks and feels as if it has mass and heft. Many, many aircraft don't achieve this.
Stunning attention to detail, thank you Just Flight
Superb work. I’m really enjoying the 146, and it’s my go to aircraft at the moment
Fantastic video, very useful tips and a nice showcase of a great effort by the JF developers. I definitely had a couple of "aha!" moments watching it (after trying to find the steep approach button just the other day).
Thank you for the great work on this beauty, i learn everytime i fly it. It's just simply amazing.
Even did something that's frowned upon, but south of Amarillo, TX, is quite a nice little river, nestled in a small valley... i'll acknowledge that the caution terrain and the pull up warning horns are working a-okay. Thanks gents.. after all the correct miles i've done, i just had to put her to the test low down. She passed with flying colors. awsome job, team!
Such a great aircraft to fly in MSFS and feature-rich!
Truly amazing work, well done freaks!!!
Really helpful. Thank you. The TMS was a mystery to me before this.
This plane is so good looking
I agree 100 procent that it is such a pleasure to fly it and just to look at while it is on the tarmac during flightprep. I hope they actually are very happy with the sales because the price-setting was very fair and made it a easier buy than some other aircraft. We have been spoiled lately with some really good planes and this is definitely up there with the best.
on of mi favorit airplans ihn my Hangar :D i Love your Work !
This is my next purchase for msfs. Looks like a great aircraft
What a beauty 🤩
My favorite aircraft in the sim. I absolutely love the small details, it shows the team beind it truly cares about the aircraft. Just flight if you see this do you intend to add additional navigational systems? Thanks again for the superb aircraft.
bought this today and can happily say it was worth the $102 NZD it handles so well and is by far the most detailed plane on xbox right now great job just flight
This plane is just so cool
Just flight made me fall in love with this airplane.😍
Only complaint is that the QC/CC3 are only set up with Cargo. But this is really nitpicking.
Amazing! Love it on the Xbox!
I happened to find an incident with this particular aircraft, where crew didn’t check brake pressure. The aircraft rolled forward and hit a light pole :)
Now, I doubt ill be able to fly this properly. But with the MSFS checklist feature... and this video. I can definitely do it.
Kudos to the developers for using the built-in checklist feature. This should be standard for all aircraft addons - other developers (MS/Asobo included!) please take note.
If I had one wish right now, I would wish for a Twin Otter developed by you. The amount of love and detail you put in your modules is incredible. Sadly Aerosoft butchered the Twin Otter and dropped it. Is there any chance you would create an actual worthy addon for the Twin Otter one day? Its a shame this beautiful plane has gotten that Aerosoft treatment.
Hi, very nice video. Very detailed explanation for every part. Can you tell us your system specs like Processor / Video card specs etc?
Good work! Love 💕 this aircraft, so great to fly !
I hope I can use my PMS750 soon :)
Best addon I've bought for msfs and I think I have all of them. Lol
Just quick question here what sort of specs and settings are used in recording of this video?
@JustFlight.....When are we expecting the release of FS Traffic?
Охрененная модель!!!! Лучшая на мой взляд!!!
I just found the 2nd and 3rd coup holders 😂
Actually quite an underestimated plane...
When will the wipers clear the rain ?
learned a few new things from this video. I like this addon a lot. any chance we can get a cargo variant for the -100 at one point ?
That's not currently planned but it's certainly something we'd consider if there was sufficient interest/
Martyn - Just Flight
I’m very interested in a smaller cargo variant too
The sunshades on this plane are working in reverse. E.g Light is blocked only when you hover over the shade to remove it.
That's not an issue that we're encountering so please submit a support ticket so that we can investigate further.
Martyn - Just Flight
Beautiful aircraft I know it’s only a little thing but does it have wing flex?
The 146 (IRL) has almost no discernable wingflex at all.
Idk why but i cannot get the speed break to work it was fine when i got it but now doesn’t work and i use the honeycomb throttle quadrant. but the rest is perfect and it would be cool if we could open the cockpit window in the future but this plane is sensational:)
If you have sufficient hydraulic pressure then it sounds like a controller/assignment issue. If you can submit a support ticket via our website then we can look into that for you.
Martyn - Just Flight
@@CambsPilot Ok if it happens again i will but i just uninstalled it then reinstalled it and works fine now im thinking i might have been the way i left it but idk thx Martyn :)
what happend whit F-28 ????????
just got it,have not flown it yet, for $69.00 better be good.
Have it*
I'd soooooo buy this but I reckon I've spent too much on this sim lately and I don't think I should...... Waiting for a 50% off sale, then it'd be the same price as an iceburg lettuce in woolies lol.
Why does the auto spoiler read inop? It makes landing this plane on short runways super challenging since we have to manually select the full spoilers.
The auto spoiler feature was not enabled on the 146, just the later RJ variants, so we're simulating the real aircraft functionality.
Martyn - Just Flight
@@CambsPilot really? What's the reason for there being a switch for it then? I'm genuinely curious.
@@KoVLiberty TBH I'm not sure but presumably it was to be an option later. The same is true of the VNAV button on the glareshield.
By far my favourite jet for msfs until the RJ comes along. Shame the engine start is still way too long.
Is there a tutorial that comes in the package?
Yes, it comes with a tutorial flight and flightplan that is described in the manual, and the videos in this playlist
It looks nice indeed, but as long as there is no wear and tear failure simulation it is a no go for me. I may have high requirements but I think there is nothing more boring then checking and flying systems that are NEVER possible to fail.
Noob Question: when you find a failure on ground in other Aircrafts, is there actually a workaround or is it just a „okay, no flight today“?
please fokker 100
It's coming...
