I’m so excited to hear that they may be continuing with a series based in the 90’s!!!! That would be amazing! I didn’t want the Deutschland series to end - I binged all 3 seasons in a week 😍 I heard that the show didn’t take off in Germany like it did in other countries which is surprising???? Much love from the Land Down Under 🦘🇦🇺❤️
Same can be said for me also, I watched d83 when it first premiered on UK tv, and I’ve recently caught up on the d86 and d89; a very unexpected ending to the series to say the least.

I am German. I heard the first time in 2019 from the Series and had to watch the first Episodes on some ***** Online Channels. Poor Marketing and roll out. It was "Free" but on a privat TV who is more known for Trash and reality TV and than they buried it. I did not watch this channel for years. They should had given it to Netflix or Amazon from the beginning.
Hammer Serie. Die 3. Staffel ist eim gelungener Abschluss dieser in Deutschland extrem unter dem Radar laufenden Serie. Jonas Nay als Martin Rauch ist einfach weltklasse. Wahrscheinlich die Rolle seines Lebens.

I know, right? In the end I was rooting for her completely. Martin was so cynical. He blamed her for everything and tried to pose as such a good guy, like he was after her cause she was a threat to the world. He just wanted revenge. What a hypocrite. Lenora was the true hero of the show by my book.

I think we're supposed to believe she wasn't. Martin was just having trust issues with her and Valdez was trying to exploit that for his own benefit. That's what I got from it, anyway.
Finde es immer noch saublöd dass sich der Hauptdarsteller Jonas Nay weder im Making of noch in kaum einem Videointerview zur Serie äußert. Ich schaue es so nicht.
Wir versuchen noch einmal alles, um mit Jonas in den nächsten Wochen noch ein ausführliches Interview zu führen. Video-Interviews lehnt Jonas allerdings strikt ab und das muss man dann natürlich auch akzeptieren. Aber sollten wir noch grünes Licht für ein physisches Interview bekommen, werden wir dies natürlich definitiv wahrnehmen und hier veröffentlichen.

Season 3 was painfully shit
Deutschland 83 was a masterpiece, 86 was good, but 89 sucks. Worst part of the series.
I saw it yesterday all episodes of season 3. And I entirely agree with you. I wouldn't say it's parody, well, some scenes are, but close enough.
