ehrmahgerd I should add up what my setup cost's at current prices, wouldn't be pretty. I have a 5820k as a file and plex server with nothing more than a power cable and ethernet cable on it. Way to much spent on my setup and it doesn't look as clean as anything shown in this video.

Walter set up has more love to it. You could tell his set up would look way better than everyone else if he didn’t have a budget and even without one he didn’t let that discourage him from doing his best with what little he had available. You win imo.
Vince is using the Philips SHP9500 headphones (or the S edition, can't tell them apart) with the V-Moda Boom Pro mic. I cannot recommend this set up for budget gamers and music listeners enough. If you boost your system bass just a bit, the 9500s are the best ~$70 headphones you can get and the Boom Pro sounds fantastic for about $30. I used both tonight for playing games with friends and it's lovely. The headphones are extremely comfortable especially with Brainwavz HM5 pads. If you're looking for a $100 headset, go with the 9500s and the Boom Pro, I haven't regretted it once.

I have spent more on my setup than every system here combined, and yet they are all cleaner than mine. Side note that i3 6100 is no joke, or rather was no joke before ryzen. dual core with HT and it run's without a hiccup. I had a g4560 in my z270 build after cooking the 7700k and that thing did it justice
Yeah, got it back in early 2016 and it ran most games really well. Recently upgraded to an r3-1200 though, and at 4Ghz it really does feel like an upgrade, especially in minimums.
yeah, grats on the ryzen. So so so happy that AMD came to the game with force. Not so happy that both my recent computers are pre-ryzen lol. I guess that my need has died down but MAN I'd love to build a ryzen. When I built my first machine in 2004 it was an AMD Athlon XP-m 2800+ and holy crap! it was glitchy, probably because I was squeezing it like a little piggy, but holy crap talk about budget!!!! I got that sucker running at 2.8ghz cas2 222mhz ddr1 and that thing was a beast! These day's I think an OC is far easier as I can OC my 7600k on auto with xmp and get very decent memory clock's and a decent cpu clock, all I need to do is tweak and test a little to push it to expected results. Back then I was tweaking testing and stressing 24/7 but I did get the best result's I could find out of that platform. #AMDISenthusiast
