The New Adidas Response has the same outsole as the Supernova Rise. If your referring to a full coverage of outsole

that shoe is all gone now in my part of the world. I wish i could have bought 1 insted of the Duramo speed. I could have used it for walking.

The "new" Adidas Response are very interesting. This pair is for sure now on my shortlist.
It will take some time till it will be on the channel because few days ago I placed a new order for 3 new pairs but... At some point I want to bring those too.
About the Supernova Rise, they look awesome but... that outsole... I'm not diggin it. I don't understand this obsession of not making a decent rubber outsole anymore.
Always reducing something like a proper rubber outsoles that are vital in the longevity, safety, traction and even the value for money in the end.
      Thanks for the suggestions!

Trust me is enough to walk 5-10 minutes with Duramo Speed to have "second thoughts" about them.
They are uncomfortable! Touching with the toes the front-end of the shoe where they are reinforced cu plastic-rubber piece is not something to easily ignore.
They fail to lock down the feet in one place. Asics Nimbus 25 did that also because of the upper and tongue being too stretchy.

      "Detailed as always."
      - Thank you !
      Switch Run
      - I wanted to give them a try 3-4 months ago till I've seen the outsoles... WAY too gimmicky for me. Maybe a youngster could find them "interesting" but, for me...
Those outsoles will fill with rocks when you less expecting, I don't know who had that poor idea but,... he/she is NOT a runner... otherwise will had knew "that"... isn't the way to do "a good pair of running sneakers". Just common sense.
They imitate On's sneakers a little bit... but these ones are worse in many ways...
      About Adidas Strung 4d -
I already tried 2 models of 4D's and both were... "Why they don't give up with these ones already?!?" They are not fooling anyone with these models..."
Even with big discounts, the people are still not buying them (I see them in outlet stores all the time).
No benefit of having a 3D printed midsole sincerely... is not better than the traditional ones, is not lighter, not to mention that are much harder to keep them clean... maybe just cheaper to make but, other than that...
That's why probably no other fabricant copied the idea... is a death end... IMO.
Is nice to know that with a 3D printer we can make a midsole even at home but, I don't think they offer something better. Is just an alternative if we don't have access anymore one day to the injection machine to make foam midsoles.
Just my opinion, don't take it badly please!

      @@EasyLifeES mostly agreed with you.
I already bought the Switch 2 at super discount price of 66 euro.
I think are weird.Lot of mixed feeling.
Your foot sit on about 5 mm insole 1 mm soft footbed, and the hard plastic footbed itself.
Under it from 2 to 3 of cm of holed midsole.
Can only tell you that are more softer much bouncer and propulsive then an ub 20 for example.
Also realize that they were too big in length at list one size maybe two.
Funny fit and after some experimentation find out that the snugest fit the better.
I am not a runner nowdays but I was when adidas had only 3 models of running shoes.
Will be Interesting your opinion on unboxing and after one or two weeks of actual use.
For the 4D's strung I was interested in the upper.
Point is with the 4D's beeing a breathable midsole and footbed making them potentially the freshest closed shoe in the word.
I chose the futurcraft model, lined only in the back and big holes in the toe area.
Removed the footbed and switch to a perforated insole.
Still the material of upper a kind of heavy and not durable even very soft and stretchy.
The strung material as X 1 and after the X2 draw my attention and also discovered by chance that a 4D's featured the new upper material called strung.
So again will be Interesting your opinion about it.
I think only barefoot enthusiastic would consider to run in that shoes.
      thanks

@@sigmadelta70 Just to be sure that I understand well which are the models that you are speaking about, try leaving the S/N's of them I.E: "Product code: IG9922 (for Adidas Response)", this way it will be more easy to identify them.
In order to get to that point:

I have the same issues with the response runner model. Almost no cushioning whatsoever, you can hear the steps in the video and realised how hard the sneakers are, these are not made for running, only for daily life.

Are really something affordable. Nothing fancy...
In Decathlon (If you live in Europe probably you know the store) search for: "Newfeel Fresh". Not always are on stock, so you have to check often till you find them. I usually buy in larger numbers when I find them. In summer they are more colors available.

Will they be good for a wide feet?

    • @EasyLifeES
      @EasyLifeES  Před 2 měsíci +1

I remember being in regular width with no extra room, like others sometimes have.
So, you should look for something else. Adidas have very limited models that are made for wide feet.
In New Balance usually you will have more variety to choose.
If you use "wide" in Search box (in all the brands) you will see the models that are available in that width in that moment.

@@EasyLifeES But usually Adidas shoes are not to narrow like Nike shoes are.

    • @EasyLifeES
      @EasyLifeES  Před 2 měsíci

      It depends of the models.
Some are more roomy than others.
In Adidas Ultrabounce most of them run narrow... So it depends like I've said.
Nike has Regular that feels like Regular width and also have Regular that feels a bit Wider that we expect... Like Pegasus 40...
