Hi guys,
“Why I made this channel ?!”
1. I enjoy doing any kind of physical activities, especially in nature (running being one of them) but, "that" lately I've seen that is “a luxury” for me.
For “that” we need to have free time and to feel rested to do it (I have too many long shifts, just to be able to pay the rent every month and survive basically).
2. To be able to afford myself one day to have a KID.
If like me you don’t come from a family that left it you any money, or you didn’t inherit anything from them, nor you have important studies… this is almost impossible for some like us.
The banks won’t even allow people like us to take a mortgage (no matter the interest that they are asking, I did try it), so we can’t buy a home (because we don't have significant amount of money “for them").
This is how the idea of this channel came up.
We value the money because we never really had it, I do care about the future (of us and and our families).
Thank you for your support!

Compared to reebok energen run 3, which one is more recommended for 5k?
Hi there, I haven't tried "reebok energen run 3". For 5k most (if not all of them) will do just fine, but my recommendation is going for Adidas Response (IH6009) from Ep142. Those have EVA foam (which can be found in a lot of variations), that EVA foam actually is a good one this time and better than average found in most of sneakers. Also the stack is way better, so the cushioning is really noticeable in comparison with Galaxy 6 that feel like they don't have any of that. Even though they have good comfort (those Galaxy 6) they can't compare with Adidas Response that are really much better overall.
Is it true to size or I have to size up?
True to size for me. No need to size up.
$18 on Amazon Canada here. I picked up a pair of 10.5. I'm surprised how airy they are outside. Definitely not for winter. For summer, very good. Comfort is superb. Not the lightest shoes but for the cost, very reasonable. I'd buy them again if they keep the cost below $40. My only gripe is they're very plain-looking. Almost ugly in pure back.
Yeah, that is a reasonable price for the cushioning that they have. The comfort as you said is great. No complains really.
Hey can u tell me why everyone like ultraboost models even tho they have firm cushion and lower stack inside amd literaly zero forefoot cushion?
I guess it depends of the model. Not all have the same stacks and not all kinds of BOOST foams are the same level of firmness (check if you like classic /regular BOOST vs Pure BOOST). The Ultraboost Light & new "5"'s are not bad at all. They now have some OK stacks in comparison with the older models. The problem in general has something to do a bit with "THE PLACEBO EFFECT". "That" thing did a SUCH a good job (and still does) for Adidas (and some other brands too these days) for years with the sellings. I.E. Ultraboost 21/22 models have a huge (external) stack on the heels... Of course inside they didn't had nowhere near that much... But people still like them till a certain point, because BOOST IS SOFT and somehow those sneakers should deliver a good amount of cushioning... even though... THEY DIDN'T. So, yeah... many ignored their logic and the feedback of the feet, because their eyes told them something different. : ) Believe it or not, that "thing" still works like a charm even these days... I tried TO BRING BACK so awareness with my videos/episodes, but I can't say that it worked "that much". Is enough for some to see a "-% of discount" at the retail price. The price that is SO inflated considering the QUALITY, but if is -20%-30% everything NOW IS FINE... that is now somehow a good deal. :))) I've seen so many people bragging that they paid as low as "X price" for them, ignoring completely my entire videos... which for me is OK (in the end) if they are happy this way... even though the quality won't improve if they dropped the price... is still the same shoe with NOT ENOUGH CUSHIONING! But who I am to judge other people actions?!? That is SO NOT my job. My job remains continuing telling THE TRUTH and from there everyone does what it pleases with it. Free will... If you like. :)
I work as a nurse so im constantly on my feet for 12 hours during a shift. I was attracted to these shoes due to their slip resistance and waterproofness. I did go and try these on and I think you’re right, I was expecting more comfort at that price. If you have any recommendations do let me know, I am willing to sacrifice waterproofness for better comfort. Love what you do! Very informative video!
As lifestyle sneakers goes... they aren't really THAT many choices when it comes to "REAL SOFT CUSHION" for our feet . At least I didn't find as much as I WISH they were, considering that is 2024 and soft foams are in many running sneakers since 7-8 years ago or maybe even more if I'm considering one of the oldest from Adidas... BOOST foam from Ultraboost models). Now back to your question... this Hoka could had been one of the best shoes for your job BUT they completely mess it up "the story" and the midsole is one of the cheapest & firmest EVA's found on the market (being FIRM, non-responsive and obviously less stack than we might believe from checking the online pictures). They are many kinds of EVA foam and some are more than decent to be fair. But NOT this one... this one is annoyingly firm considering that it has "MAX Cushion" written even on the insoles... So good cushioning sneakers option (lifestyle + running sneakers): 01. Nike Motiva (lifestyle sneakers) - Zero water protection, BUT soft & pleasant upper (the kind one that I completely forget that something covers my feet) and the MOST important has VERY GOOD SOFT-ish cushion, also pretty good outsole too (the shape is little bit weird, but at least these sneakers have good cushioning "front + back" so I will ignore that aspect for now). Also important they can be found in black colour upper ... so that is a good thing (you will be surprised how many models they aren't available in BLACK color upper for some reason that I can't understand). I even consider buying a pair for myself at some point in the future. 02. New Balance More v4 running sneakers (v4's have better outsoles than v5's!) - Zero water protection, BUT even MORE SOFT cushion than (Nike Motiva). I use NB More v4's as "Personal Benchmark" to compare other running sneakers level of cushion ! You can find them in carbon grey color (black I'm not sure if is available, here in Spain I didn't see them). Exposed foam in the outsoles... 03. Adidas Ultraboost 5 "version 2024" running sneakers (the NEW models are pretty good, and you can find them in FULL black also). Slightly firmer foam than Nike & NB but enough stack to make a comfy ride. No waterproof, the outsoles are thinner that they should be. 04. Asics Superblast running sneakers (not in black, only light grey I've seen them)... older... so might be tricky to find them somewhere. 05. Maybe the most expensive models from ONcloud sneakers are OK, the ones that I checked in a store they weren't too good so... not convinced so far. I hope this answer helps you somehow, I worked almost 14 years on feet in 12 h shifts (in a different sector) so I REALLY know HOW important can be a decent footwear in our feet.
@@EasyLifeES I got the new balance shoes you recommended on sale, these shoes are seriously so comfortable and 2 of my colleagues ordered some. Thank you very much!
This or adidas duramo speed?
I didn't like it at all this "Duramo Speed" (serious comfort issues for my feet), so... Maybe Adidas Response... Those are a way better choice and also more economic.
Adidas Duramo sl or nike downshifter 13 is th best for 10km & 5 km runs ?
Hi there, Usually 99.9% of running sneakers will do just well for 5-10k' s. The REAL question is which one will fit better to your feetthat are like THIS ?!? And for that you normally say: - I have "x" kg/lbs (here are 3 categories: a. 65 - 75 kg/143.3 - 165.3lbs, b. 75 - 85 kg/165.3 - 187.4lbs, c. over 85 kg/ 187.4lbs) and my height is "x" cm/m, which one will be a better fit considering that my feet are regular/narrow/wide and I'm planning to use them in "x" particular terrain (asphalt, dirt, gravel, mixed etc)? Because the weight and the height along with the width are an important factor when you choose some new shoes in running not just the comfort or the cushioning as many could believe. Also if you like consider reading "this" part (which i made it awhile ago and i thing that can be useful to anyone that is interested in this sport): How to choose your footwear: 1. Measure your feet (in the evening, or when they might be swollen). - length & width - take an A4 sheet of paper, your both feet by turn... the heel touching a flat vertical surface like a wall for example draw a ruff contur to get your footprint size and measure with a metric tape. Search in YT videos. - arch height over the metatarsal bones and over the instep bones - with a metric tape (optional). Be sure to keep the bigger numbers from both feet: i.e left has 25.7 and right has 26.3... we keep 26.3 value and so on. Or try a Brannock device in any specialized running sneakers store to give you a clue of your size. 2. Choose the way that you are going to use them: asphalt, mountain, field, forest, combined. They can be more rugged or "less aggressive". Running in park it won't be the same as in a forest (rocks, pieces of wood, dirt etc). You will need running sneakers or trail sneakers... 3. Take a scale and find out your weight (they are 3 categories here): - 65 - 75 kg (143.3 - 165.3lbs). You are lightweight, so the cushioning is NOT as much need it like for someone with a bigger weight (except maybe if you do recovery for any reason or you just enjoy it that way) - 75 - 85 kg (165.3 - 187.4lbs). You should start consider thicker midsoles to avoid future injuries. - over 85 kg/ 187.4lbs (over that weight). You should search a sneaker that can help your feet to "swallow your weight", otherwise your knees, hip, back etc. will start to give some pain after a while of use. 4. Count the number of km or miles/week: doing 100km (62 miles)/week or 30 minutes of daily walking is not the same. Here consider the type of rubber in the sole and its thickness 5. Know your footprint (study the sole of your used shoes) and also look at your plant if you have calluses and where... If you have them, something is wrong with your shoes (better see a podiatrist). 6. Try to know your ideal size and "the last" (this is more suitable for dress shoes and boots): Insert your foot and push until you can touch the inside of the front part and insert your index/little finger without effort or take out the insole and make sure that you have about 5-8 mm left over of the longest toe you have. Also look at the contour of the foot that is not much above the insole... The maximum width of your footprint should be around 10mm in my opinion, otherwise we will have injuries over time with pressure points 7. When to go and buy your sneakers: At the end of the day (i.e 8PM or after finishing doing a shift), the foot will be swollen and then you can add 5-8mm to have adequate comfort "over the swollen feet"!
Is this shoe has N Logo Reflecting?
As the description of the video says, at 15:46 you can see it that it has it reflective. More discrete than others but still clearly visible in darker environments.
@@EasyLifeES Thanks for your information ℹ️
I have just ordered this shoe on Amazon i also own 1080 v13 😍
@@ajay_sn Sure, you're welcome!
@@ajay_sn I believe you will enjoy them, just avoid running over sharp objects with that exposed soft foam outsole. I have this particular model and happen to me more than once to find "things" that poke that foam and remained there. So, every once in the while I will verify it and remove everything that I find it in there. Yesterday I shot an episode of Adidas UB 5 "Miami Nights" (future Ep156) where at the end of that episode I did showed this particular thing as an update of my NB More v4's and what happens when we have exposed soft foams in the soles.
Between the Response super M and the supernova running 3, which would be the best option to use on a daily basis, not for training?
I believe with the Supernova Running 3 you will probably be more vulnerable to everything that goes under their soles... having more exposed foam than Adidas Response Super M. So my choice will be Response Super M or even better if you can opt for "Adidas Response" seen in Ep142 (that are more economic and BETTER made than Super version!).
Thank you@@EasyLifeES
Sure, you're welcome!
I’ve put in well over two hundred miles this summer running in these shoes, rain or shine, and there’s no visible wear. Any mud easily washes from that breathable top. I was expecting worse.
I'm glad to hear that they are what you expected. If they are used as intended by the fabricant I don't see why won't perform the way as they should. Thank you for sharing the experience that you had with them!
Is there much difference between the super and normal model? I bought the normal one.
I am already using ultraboost 1.0 and ultraboost Light. I bought these for dirty situations where they could be more damaged. A more affordable shoe would be better.
I did compare them in the video. I don't know if you watch it?! And as I said there, I didn't seen any benefit for 15€ or so. Response remains the better one for ME in few ways.
Is it soft & flexible ?
Yeah, nothing to complain in that regard.
there's a lot of shoes. U must have a lot of money 🤑
Not really, I don't keep them usually. Only if I need a pair in that moment but otherwise it just goes back.
want to check the Ultra run 5 too
no energy return 😔😔😔
I bought the Adidas Duramo 10. it's a good walking or 10 k running shoe but no protection on a long run. my foot ache when I tried it. therefore it's 👍 for short runs
I haven't tried Duramo 10. Without cushioning under our feet will end up running less. The effort is the same, but discomfort is much more and that after few days we can notice it in our bodies.
Which is best in Duramo sl vs questar 2 ?
For ME... Questar 2... feel more durable ... and I prefer it that one.
@@EasyLifeES which is comfort & soft , flexible ?
True to size ?
As the 00:00 says... they are True To Size.
I am confused which is i wearing trousers or Jean
They are running sneakers so... Try using joggers or any other running clothing. I can't see them "ready" for casual wear... But always it's up to you how you want to use them. At least pick the triple black version to be less "in your face".
Can you tell me about dressing with galaxy 7 core black 😢
I went true to size, took the insole off, and they fit perfect.
Well, if you like them that way... At least a very thin isole add inside, otherwise you will feel the stitching of the footbed and you lose comfort that way.
my problem with this shoe is that the footbed is not soft and i want my individual toes to feel the squish when is force down , here that is not the case . I want stepin comfort
Durmo sl is flexible?
As seen in Ep131 at 12:04, they are good this way... at least for my taste.
Hi Man. Q: Do you have triggers that can tell you the wrong size when you try on sneakers in the store? Sometimes there is not enough time to understand whether the sneakers really fit or they are too small. Thank yo!
Hi there, The most efficient (and quick for ME) remains "the rule of thumb". 1. I mean adding a finger in the back of the shoe (without excessive effort) in between your heel and the back end of the shoe or 2. The shoe should have enough space in between your "bigger toe" (not necessary the big toe, because some people they have it shorter than other toes) and the frontend of the sneaker (the space seen at 17:48 in between my 2 fingers should be somewhere around 1.5 - 2.5cm or 0.5 - 1") 3. Also be sure they don't run narrow for your feet. Idle will be to try them in the store for 5-10 minutes straight and with the socks that you are planning to wear them and see if you find pressure points. If you DO find a number of them, or they are too small (and you might want to go +0.5 size up) or they are not fitting well to your feet and in that case just skip that particular model and find something else, because are plenty to choose on the market. Never go with just one model in your mind. Of course all of us we have a favorite but try adding 1-2 more to that one when you go to shopping your new pair of shoes. Also an extended answer that I made it a while ago. Maybe you find something useful here too... How to choose your footwear: 1. Measure your feet (in the evening, or when they might be swollen). - length & width - take an A4 sheet of paper, your both feet by turn... the heel touching a flat vertical surface like a wall for example draw a ruff contur to get your footprint size and measure with a metric tape. Be sure to keep the bigger numbers from both feet: i.e left has 25.7 and right has 25.9... we keep 25.9 value and so on, same goes for width. Or try a Brannock device in any specialized running sneakers store to give you a clue of your size. 2. Choose the way that you are going to use them: asphalt, mountain, field, forest, combined. You should search a sneaker that can help your feet to "swallow your weight", otherwise your knees, hip, back etc. will start to give some pain after a while of use. !!! Here is NOT about if you are or not obese, is about the type of foam you should look for in order to protect your joints. You can be 1.9m tall and look skinny, but your weight is over 85 kg! Same goes for a short person but overweight will need a different kind of foam. 4. Count the number of km or miles/week: doing 100km (62 miles)/week or 30 minutes of daily walking is not the same. Here consider the type of rubber in the sole and its thickness 5. Know your footprint (study the sole of your used shoes) and also look at your plant if you have calluses and where... Very nice
Yes indeed
I have a 43 1/3 EU and went for a 45 1/3 EU. I don’t know if I did well but this feels more comfortable. 44 EU was really small
I personally didn't "understood" the fit of these models of Yeezy, I have in Adidas 41 1/3 and in Yeezy even 42 were having a bad fit for my feet. I wouldn't recommend them knowing how they were. They are a lot of models that have a much better fit... and comfort. Even having a big discount, I will still skip them. To feel that pressure point over my toes is just not worth it. I remember struggling while filming them. But maybe it was just my luck. Maybe for you will be a different story...
@@EasyLifeES in my case I’m really good, I was between 44 2/3 (my TTS on adidas is 43 1/3) and 45 1/3 (3 sizes above my TTS, which is insane) and that last size felt fantastic. I still feel the toe but it’s better. Just a bit roomy. But being 3 sizes about my TTS makes me really doubtful. And I’m with you on the sizing. It’s horrendous
Yeah the sizing was really weird in these ones. At least you can wear them. That is important in the end. For me wasn't an option really.
@@EasyLifeES yeah, I can really use it, it’s just it breaks my mind having 9.5 US and using a 11 US. I’m sad that you could not use it, this is YZY and Adidas fault. Thank you so much for answering me and the great video
Sure, no problem. 99.9% I reply to everyone... When I can, of course.
I hope it has good Stability and durable for 300 miles
Once I make the full episode, I will know more about them. Will see how they are then.
Size up or down?
As the video says at 00:01, they are tts so no need to go size up or down with this model. For me wasn't the case.
Hey plz suggest me some comfortable and durable shoes under 50$ !
Hi, You will hardly find something decent under that price. But depending were you live in the world you might be lucky, because I've seen that right now NB Arishi v4 are half or even less from the original PVP price. Those are more than decent and still a valid personal recommendation and I believe that you will be a lucky guy, if you can get a pair in your size. Because the newest models are a serious downgrade when it comes to durability. I mean I've seen very skinny outsoles... that can't be a good thing... Adidas has come with quite a number of new models, but they aren't in that price range as good as those NB Arishi v4's model. Adidas Galaxy 6 & 7 with some discount might be at the same price, but don't expect much from them. I mean they have good comfort and look durable but the cushioning is softer in NB Arishi v4.
@@EasyLifeES i found galaxy 6 for 27$!!!
It's a fair price price. If you can, try them before placing the order. This way you know how they are and what to expect.
Adidas for life..!! 💪💪💪
Yeah, they look really cool!
Thanks, was going to buy them but now won't
Sure, you're welcome!
Here we go 🎉
Yeah, never say never...😅 I have this one recorded since 25.04.2024 but my problem is my time (as you know by now)... I can't find enough to do everything I wish.
But bit by bit... will come on the channel too... all these episodes...
@@EasyLifeEShey is there any way to get rid of the crease line from midsole ?
Normally after some hours will disappear 90% of them. I recommend using them in rotation with other different pairs. This way you will avoid an intense use.
@@EasyLifeES i was just compressing for satisfactory purpose but i compression midsole bit too much on the right foot and now it looks too ugly. Left is okay . And they seem to be permanent
Ok, they just changed S with D ... adidas is now the new xiaomi in sneakers ! Expect from now a new model each week ! 😂
Yeah, is so so SO hard to keep the pace with them! I don't have time to record/edit/publish or even receive everything they make... because another model is already out!😂
Hey do u know any newer models of ultraboost which are soft as 2020 bosst or softer
The new Adidas UB 5's seen on my channel in Shorts are quite soft (Ep147.7, Ep147.8, Ep147.9). Just attention that the drop is 10 mm or more. I haven't done the entire episodes with those, so I can't say for sure (for now).
Great review as always. You cover every possible aspect of the shoes you review, and we always get an honest and unbiased review. Thank you for all the effort you put in to making such great videos.
Thank you so much! You know that I care when you watch it. I appreciate all the feedback from you guys.
Bro your review are awesome, i can really rely on your reviews , you literally cover every possible detail about the shoes . Well done
Thank you, I'm trying to be helpful with these episodes that I make... A regular video is not that hard to do, the challenge is to take "the essence" of the products and bring real info to this small community.
you are one of the best youtuber for shoes rewires

Hola 👋. Cuál será de mejor calidad con adidas galaxy 6 ?
I recommend Adidas Response (Ep142). Those are one of the best this year(IH6007)... with a reasonable price too... 75€/75$.
Merci 👍@@EasyLifeES
@@bolivarpardo916 Sure, you're welcome!
Questar are much better than Galaxy 6. I owned both. The difference it's huge. Today i bought another 2 pairs if Questar!
Today i wore my motivas , i had kept them for ocassion and i really like the feel and cushion the arch support also felt soft and overall they are good 😊( and do you think they lack forefoot cushioning ? )
The forefoot stack in not bad by any means (only very few had it this good so far, that is why I did recommend to you), I only wish it had it closer to the one from the heel only because it will be a better position for the foot. Will more healthy having less drop for the feet, less fatigue after longer periods of use (IMHO). I'm glad that you like them. None of them are perfect. Usually is a long search for me to find something closer to my needs. The ones that I really like it I'm trying to point out and maybe someone else will like them too.
Do motivas have that poor quality outsole problem ?? Do they separate from midsole ?
Hard to say, because I didn't had them long enough. And never ended buying them although I did think it to do it for few times since I try it them. But with the thickness and rigidity of the outsole is less prone to happen from my experience.
are you from romania ?
What would you recommend between this one or response or questar 2 ? All around the same price range in my country
Pureboost 22 is something that I REALLY DON'T recommend. Except maybe of the visual effect of the reflective materials they are little bit more like a prank. Adidas Response and Adidas Questar 2 are very good sneakers in comparison with most of the models checked on this channel this year. Now "Response" or "Questar 2"?! It's up to you, Response has full rubber outsole and Questar 2 slightly more cushioning with incomplete outsole.
Can I ask your height? Just for reference
Sure, I have 1.76 m.
Jeżu! Siedzę i patrzę, jak facet maca buta 🤦
