I had a great deal of difficulty entering Royal Albert Hall a couple of years ago. I wanted to buy something in the gift shop. I was heavily quizzed by an employee when I tried to enter. I’m sure I don’t look like a bum. But I sure got the third degree
This was where the alfresco dining was.. it’s had a makeover and it’s fabulous.

You can occupy all the tables so the opera-goers have nowhere to sit in the intervals.
Why always high tables with stools without backs that elderly people like me, can’t use. Everything is meant for youngsters. 👎
Well, their ticket prices certainly aren’t. Especially since they released hardly any YROH tickets for the upcoming season
