- A conversion tutorial where I take an Ork Trukk and Mek Gun and make 4 gunz out of it. I also used a Kannon and Zapp gun from the Battle Wagon kit.

As a new ork player, I really appreciate this vid.
When I first got into 40k I did orks just because of the conversion options which is why I think a lot of people are attracted to them. But the majority I've seen are more like a tabletop horror show than conversions. These however came out really good. They not only look Orky but they look complete.
That's my problem too,alot of the time the conversions or kitbashes don't even look orky
Love it! For those like me who think the big gunz are better not having all the same chassis Will definitely use this as inspiration if I decide to collect orks.

it almost looks like GW had that in mind from the beginning ... I mean, it's so obvious that the Trukk should be used to make additional chassis for Mek Gunz!

Some exacto knives will work as a handle for your hacksaw blade. Mine fits a large red plastic handle that holds round drill bits or Exacto knife blades.

Love how they look but it's a bit miss leading saying its only the trukk and 1 mek gun box if two of the guns come from a battle wagon kit :(
Watch to the end, the examples I show are using the mek gun only. the Battle wagon bitz are just for further options

Orks make their vehicles out of garbage. So I will make mine out of garbage, too. All set to begin painting my first trukk that cost me a grand total of $6. That includes a driver I bought on Ebay.

Honestly. I was easily 100% turned off by the price of these guns. So much in fact that I raged about it on Dakka Dakka for like a week. Now that I have seen this, I may change my mind with some number crunching haha.

If you watch the video you'll see that I use the mek gun bitz for this tutorial... the battle wagon bits are just another option

ephraimfan Tamiya extra thin plastic cement. It’s amazing. Comes in a square glass bottle with a green lid. Should be at most hobby stores that stock tamiya paint
but....Orks can't shoot worth a damn though...wouldn't you be better off loading some boyz in the truk and blitzing the other guy?
