- Remember when we used to be able to field an entire bank of Mek Gunz? Well, if those glorious days of long range ork firepower ever return, best to be prepared with these super affordable custom ork field gunz, made from toys and orky engine-u-ity.
Sadly it looks like the "army men" guns used in this set aren't made anymore. I'll have to shoot a new video with what's available now at some point in the random future..

Kit bashing is what got me into Orks when I started 40k back in 3rd edition. I no longer play any current editions but building Ork things is still lots of fun.
Very nice! On a side note, I had those dessert cannons as a kid and they used to have a spring loaded firing gimmick
Your chill voice reminds me of Christoph from the german Kids TV Show „Sendung mit der Maus“, where he narrates over footage how everyday things work. Very soothing
I ordered some of these from Wish with the same idea! Great minds
Very nice! I thought the mek guns came out looking really good!
gork and mork would be proud
I ended up buying the same toy cannon kit, but found different axles, and tires.
Nice job! Those cannons and wheels seem like they would be useful for tons of projects.
Those artillery pieces just by themselves would look fine as the new Imperial Guard field guns lol
Great video! When I decided to subscribe I expected to see you have tens of thousands of subscribers. I greatly enjoyed the quality and would love to see more
Thanks! Yeah, I'm suuuuper infrequent with videos.. I've got a painting one for some Transformer-ish Cybork Nobs I've been poking at for a bit now, almost ready to do the voice work for.
You, my fellow Mekboy have my subscription!
love this.
Would love to see more.. uhhh... "First, let me show what I'm going to do. I measured these spaces because I felt like these guys would clip up nice together.
"In order to sally up these two au pair, I would have to clean up the area. First, though, is, I wanted to show it to you what I was measuring up, so that if you wanted to try something similar, but couldn't find the same parts, you'd be able to au pair them all together!"
cool videos. Not quite Games Workshop standard. There's a debate going on amongst the community that Games Workshop is asking for a larger umbrella corporation to take over Administration of the Conventions, so their Tournaments would be assured of Rules-Legal, but there'd be place to go to trade for more, yeah?
It's a big story of the science fiction metaverse world. Got guys roaming the Convention aisles with handheld computers swapping USB-sticks with .stl files, let alone the mold-bashing, or, your outstanding art work, with the kit-bash'ed together material! So, because of all that, I was curious... with your talent... do you know of a an open-universe 3-D tabletop gaming module, that can sweep over the community-verse?
I'll keep digging. Thanks for any leads.
Great idea! Love putting together something like this. upvote!
Sorry, I don't really play much to be honest, and never in conventions or large competitions. Mostly just love crafting and playing with friends, who are okay with scratch builds.
These guns are great. Freaking bummer that they're not available over here.
Great ideas , thanks for sharing
This is awesome!!
Amazingly amazing.
Very nice video!!
awesome!
Ask anything four wheel drive they have wheels lift kits gaslands parts as well as such in 1/64 scale
brilliant
Have you run into any issues with the paint on the tires breaking if the rubber flexes a little?
Where do uou get the cannons?
got mine from russia..3 for 11£ including postage....yours are better
"they're a very expensive model." So they're a GW model then?
If any of you like to know why they are not being sold anymore, its because they are a rip off of a 1970s metal toy gun. CRESCENT TOY COMPANY Toy No. 1249 - 18 Pounder Field Artillery Gun 54MM.
can you tell me what is the kit at 12:51?
It's from an old kit out of Russia called Robogear Chemical Plant. Robogear also went under the name Technolog through some sellers, and was carried by Pegasus Hobbies in the US. The only copies I've seen for a while are all on Ebay, search for "Pegasus Chemical Plant".
That's all very nice and a good tutorial, but what is the name of the other song (the electric banger)?
It's called Get Up, by SilentCrafter.
What's a banger?
@@karamelapple8007 a song that kicks butt! A face melter, you might say.
This is not a cheap model. Lego are one of the most expensive toys in the world.
These are knock-off blocks, not Legos, you can get in bulk via Amazon. A bag of 144 wheels & axles from them is less than $20 US.
