Have been using one of their caseless models for 6 months or so. Everything has worked great so far except for user error. I had panels with an acceptable VOC in summer that went overvoltage for the controller in winter on a 24v battery - just had to convert from 3s2p to 2s3p to resolve.
Fault monitoring/alarming is there but not obvious. That might be something good to show in your "enhanced" video.

I would suggest changing the C volts to the actual batteries voltage. I have the same charge control and a extra monitor that was reading 14.6 while the charge controller was reading 14.4 and fluctuating giving me an overcharge warning. I waited till there was no power coming in and changed the C volts to the reading on the extra monitor after the batteries charge state settled and haven't had a warning since, and they both read the same voltage.

I bought this one just yestersay. You don't need to ground these devices. Especially not the solar panels. Just don't! Nor the charger and of course not the pure sine wave inverter. In contrast to a TT system, the circuit with the consumer system is zeroed in a TN system. In the TN system, operational grounding and system grounding are connected. But you need breakers. DC and AC breakers. Sorry for my English. It is not my first language. Hope I made my point.

Very nice and informative narration about the charge controller but the video camera could not be focused parallel to the narration which made it a little disturbing. Secondly the auto switching function of the gadget from 12v battery to the 24v was not clear or properly visible due to the odd angle of the video-camera-light reflection on the charger LCD screen.

Instructions are garbage, 59 volts from Panel, battery at 51 volts, controller not charging, cannot access battery type selection. Can only set the 01H through 24H which is not outlined in instructions. I'm retuning mine if they don't give me correct working instructions ASAP.

Watch the video with the demonstration. Search youtube "Novo Powmr controlador mppt 60a veio com defeito"
Summary: When it enters mode 7, the voltage on the panels drops... and when the battery drops the voltage and it should exit mode 7 - it DOES NOT EXIT and continues with low voltage on the panels.
