How did yu comment 4 hours before this posted? Hmmmmmm
Could you please upload WWE superstar Dave Bautista Biography on your channel?? please A&E
That's crazy, the #1 finishing move in all time list was Sweet chin music, now all of a sudden WWE is printing stunner as best finishing move? This is contradictory
Most of the people from Germany, Holland are going to Canada, because They found something from the police

The fact that other wrestlers want to take a stunner from Austin just so they can say “I took a stunner” is a testament to how over Steve and that move were. 20+ years and still counting. An absolute legend!!
When you take a Stunner from the Texas Rattlesnake, you share an event not only with some of wrestling's greatest, but also with a man who stared a global deep state in the eyes and made it blink.
Trump sucked at selling the thing though.
I agree with Austin when he said that The Rock is the "Mack Daddy" of Getting Stone Cold Stunners
Yes most definitely my favorite person to see stunned
The Rock & Scott Hall😂
Those stunners are classics
You agree with Austin, thank god for that. Now we don’t have to reshoot the whole interview
Well Kriss Kross did say that the “Mac Dad’ll make ya (Jump jump). The jumped off his knees, elbows, hands, and off the top rope to sell the Stonecold Stunner.
Shane is the man lol. Dude took stunners and did whatever he could to improve the show
DUDE I'm not even a big fan of wrestling, was a lil bit as a kid but Shane is a beast. I remember him jumping off the highest stuff and giving no Fs, eating all the worst.
And Shane o Mac didn't have to, he was already a multi miljonair, that was the great part, he just loved it!
as a kid i thought shane was a wuss that is why he was bullied many times but when i realized how the WWE work, he was a pretty chill guy and did all those stuffs to keep the crowd entertained
Sold it the best of all the McMahons.
I love Shane he would make a great owner would you agree?
That breaking glass intro would get the crowd so hype
He has come out with no song playing and still got a bigger pop than Roman ever did
Not just Roman Reigns. ANYYYYBODY
Who doesn’t still get goosebumps when they hear the glass shatter
My mans had the music the finisher the attitude … there’s nothing you could say about austin back then and he wasn’t the man … no matter who it was … especially when he would go on his DTA and solo man missions taking out factions lol
@@drewcowan Yup, and all the nostalgia rushes back at the same time!!! I hate wrestling now, but back then it was awesome
I can't count how many stunners I gave my friends in middle school.
I broke my friend's neck doing this in middle school. It ruined his life
💪🏽
@@username-hs3pcThats crazy man. I broke my friends arm jackhammering him on a trampoline.
@@username-hs3pc lol I tombstoned my mate he broke 4 bones in his spine
@@username-hs3pc are you being serious? If you don't mind my asking, what happened?
Stone cold will be in his 80s and will still give someone a stunner.
yeah that nurce in the old people home better bring his applesauce on time LOL!!!

Let's not forget Scott Hall's reaction to being stunned at Wrestlemania. Underrated for sure.
Best stunner ever taken.
Dude reached low orbit.
@@Zieg_Games hahaha
I agree one of the best ever if not the best
The attitude era was the best thing ever done on TV!! Hands down!!
Pure entertainment!!

Stone Cold is one of the greatest icons in WWF/WWE history. His character/gimmick was incredible, and People loved it because he was an outlaw and did not respect anything or anyone. He did and said what he wanted, and he performed that in such a great and entertaining way; it was just fantastic. You can watch any video; when the broken glass hits, the audience goes crazy.
Why does Michael Hayes look younger now than he did 25 years ago?
Money and DDP Yoga baby lol
DDP Yoga for sure. And staying clean from drugs and alcohol for the most part too, after taking years of abuse on the road..
Vampire
Probably quit drinking finally.
During his career Michael PS Hayes never use the stunner ? The freebirds was the best six-man tag team EVER 👍 REST IN PEACE BUDDY JACK AND BAM BAM TERRY GORDY !
The best years of wrestling!!!! You guys may be done wrestling but you will never be forgotten. I’m glad you were in my generation!!!
I will freely admit that Shane and the Rock were amazing at selling the Stunner, but Triple H deserves an honorable mention. That dude sold the moves of others so freaking hard. Really a joy to watch.
The Rock's sellout to the stunner is also beautiful
Not as good as Scott Hall
@@igorivanov299 yup yup
@@igorivanov299 Scott hall selling was not better than the rock selling the rock is the king of selling the stunner nobody does it better than the rock
@@javaughncarter3223
I disagree, Rock oversold it, Scott Hall perfectly sold it.
Remember when Disco Inferno did this same exact move? It was called the Chartbuster. You just rarely ever seen it because he was constantly jobbing out to other talent.
Stunner eventually had more flare to it.
They sold the stunner way better
Pretty sure Diamond Dallas Paige and the Diamond Cutter was first
Michael Hayes didn't invent the move lol.. Mikey Whipwreck was doing it as his finisher before Austin did. I have seen Mike Whipwreck do the "Whipper Snapper" aka stunner, when at the time I believe Austin did the Stungun .
Facts lol but you know how they love to outright ignore ECW history
The stungun was used with the ring ropes.
I guess the Diamond Cutter doesn't ring a bell to anyone.
@@noname4751 That would come up if they were talking about the RKO.
I had always heard that johnny ace had been using the cutter in Japan and was working for WWF when Austin was transitioning from the Million Dollar Dream, and suggested Austin do it. And the first few times, Austin didn't even do the kick yet! Hayes is full of BS, as usual
0:43 Bischoff taking one of the best stunners you'll ever see! Beautiful execution by both of them!
2:57 - Deadman catch 🍺
One of the most popular finishing maneuvers ever. When stone cold does it, the crowd goes insane.
The funniest one is when the rock’s drinking a beer and getting stunned then finishing the beer and falling down @2:59 😂
Steve Austin gave a future US president a Stone Cold Stunner. I’m very happy to live in reality where that happened.
Facts
The only time I wished wrestling was the real deal
Trump is awesome 😎
Most famous finisher of all time. period.
Idk the RKO has an argument especially with all the memes on the internet
@@josejohn8279 L
Nah, Jakes DDT holds that mantle.
Nah, RKO is easily more famous. Just look up how many RKO meme videos there are lol
@@kurisu2847 nah stunner has 2 whole decades and generations on it . Rko has almost 2 decades and a generation on it
The best era of them all. Attitude Era rocks!
The reason why WWE sucks now is because the soul is lost.
The megastars are missing. Unmatchable charisma in those times!
This is why the reflexive hate towards other shows, namely AEW, doesn't make sense. Many promotions are simply trying to recapture that charisma that the Attitude/Monday Night Wars Era gave us. I still hold out hope that pro wrestling can have a resurgence but it is and has been looking like a dying form of entertainment, much like Barnum and Bailey circus finally shutting it's doors.
@@rafaelcarrera9436 No amount of writting can solve the problem and I dont think the promotions get that. You had Austin and the Rock at the same time.. One, a perfect anti hero, and the other a guy who literally took over hollywood a decade later. Add in guys like HHH, The Undertaker, Mankind, and a host of others and you simply cant just produce / create your way into those icons.
@@justinbutera8945 Different editors of various prowrestling sites have labeled Cena as the last wrestling "mega star." As much work as he has put in, and I respect him for it, I just cannot agree with this description. Orton, Daniel Bryan, CM Punk, Kenny Omega, Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns; all these people that the fans of today see as stars would have been mid carders, or at best a sidekick to a top tier if back in the Attitude Era. There just isn't the same level of character development, and honestly just not as much talent. It is a shame but at least we got to enjoy it during it's best years.
@@rafaelcarrera9436 The names you mentioned wouldn't have made it in the 90's.
@@jasonmyers8600 I like to believe that Punk would have fit in nicely but I cannot argue against you as the 90s were an era above for entertainment.
Shane McMahon is the king of most Stunners taken, but I'm glad even Stone Cold Steve Austin agrees that The Rock is the best at selling the Stunner.
Scott Hall says hi
At the end when he said that's one of the things he loved to hear, I just want you to know, we all got that same feeling when we heard that glass break! Thanks just isn't enough, you made all of childhoods better for a few hours every week!
I would always do stunners to my brother when I was a kid cuz I could only freaking do that kind of move like pedigree,RKO,ddt ect
MICHAEL HAYES UR A FREAKING LEGEND FOR INVENTING THAT MONSTER POP OF A MOVE
It only worked because of Austin:)
Mike whipreck was doing this move before stone cold.
Except he didn't invent it. Mikey Whipwreck used it as his finish in ECW. Guess who Austin wrestled when he was in ECW before he came to WWE?
It was voted the greatest finisher of all time years ago kinda like Austin is the greatest of all time!!!
Shane
Rock
Scott Hall take the best Stunner bump!!
Was hoping that someone would mention Scott Hall's absolute master class of taking a Stunner. On a clear night with a full moon, you can still see Hall up in the sky because I don't think he's ever come back down from taking that Stunner!
Kurt Angle also took a great stunner too
@@jesseperry9602 I don't know if it's true, but I heard Scott missed his timing for the first stunner, that's why Stone Cold had to do it twice. But man does it ever make an entertaining spot, Hall was awesome.
The Stunner that left The Rock still standing but dazed made me laugh til I cried when it aired.
It didn't air. It was done after the show.
One of the most loved wrestler and finishing moves ever the crowd always goes wild 🔥
We know he's number one and it's not even close in my opinion
Attitude Era was hands down the best era of WWE
Wow, no love for Mikey Whipreck? The man behind the "Whippersnapper" (what later became the "Stone Cold Stunner"). Come on now. ECW!
Yeah that's weird because Austin has talked about the whippersnapper in other interviews.
Loved how The Rock would over sell it. But if i had to pick one. Definitely Scott Hall taking a double and apeing boarding back lmfao.
Vince actually TOOK the stunner... lol
Just fell on Austin's shoulder for real, how he never got hurt lol
The whipper snapper. Poor Mikey Whipwreck.
I was about to say .. Mikey Whipwreck gave “Superstar” Steve Austin one or two in ECW
No kidding. Hayes lying through his teeth and Austin acting like he didn't get the move from Mikey. Major loss of respect.
Thank you for these wonderful Biographies A&E 💙💙💙👏🏾
These amazing days of wrestling are sadly gone...long live the wwf attitude era!
I remember when I performed a stunner to an annoying cousin of mine back in the day hahaa it was priceless! Had that rattlesnake in me!! 🐍💯✅👊
The way how they be selling it after getting stunnered gets me every time 😂😂😂😂
Watching this and seeing all these superstars I used to watch as a kid now hall of famers hits different
Shane's smile made me feel so good, he is in so nostalgic mood. The best era of sports entertainment
The Stonecold Stunner on Sergeant Slaughter has to be the most brutal of all the stunners ever received....he almost snapped his head off
Easily one of Austin's best segments, too. The crowd atmosphere, the electricity and tension - everything was just perfect.
One of the best finisher of all time. The impact, the intensity, the connection to the fans. Everything just click. Just like that. And you are done. 1 2 3 and the fans just went crazy on every night.
1:09 the best Stone cold Steve Austin impression I’ve ever heard 😂😂
Whenever they would spray out their beer after getting stunned was always funny 😂😂😂
Best ever though was Scott Hall's.
Larnyx? Larynx?
Personally loved it when he did it without the kick, kinda more like the RKO. The one on a laughing Billy Gunn after Stone Cold stunned Bart Gunn made me a fan
This was my fave video yet!
I remember he did alot of stunners back in his wrestling days! It was so awesome to watch!
"drive your shoulder right into the larnex" -Michael Hayes
When Steve showed up in his truck beating all the wcw dudes on the way in then stunning everyone in the ring I think was my favourite live moment of WWE watching as a kid
Couldn’t help but to have a huge smile on my face throughout this whole video ! 👍😊😁
I remember when I was in high school and this guy had a paper bag on his head and he walked up to the principal and gave him the stunner right in front of everyone...I'll never forget that lol
😂😂😂🤣🤣😭
Michael Hayes did not come up with the kick to the gut setup, Austin added that himself
Shane's stunner sell was always my favorite. Direct, to the point, timed perfectly.
This brings back so many memories of going to my friends house after school or play smack down
0:21 lol JR wasn't in the company for that one A&E, come on!
The way some dudes just explode wildly after getting stunned lmfao, how is that not a meme yet!?
So happy to lived it! Greatest Era in wrestling!
Shane and Austin had so much fun which translated to the audience being entertained. The questioned they should’ve asked: who’s someone that never took a stunner that Austin would most like to add to his list
Taking a stunner from Stone Cold is a sign of respect from him to you
He respected Bischoff back in the early 2000s?
Now it's a sign of respect but not before the end of let's say..2009? When he became a HOF
Stunner was always a kick to the gut then stunner.
Diamond Cutter was much better. That was truly unpredictable and applied out of nowhere in many different ways.
Agreed
Nah. The way DDP did it was meh and pretty predictable. Now Ortons version of it is nice and unpredictable.
The Diamond Cutter was previously the Ace Crusher from Johnny Ace a.k.a. John Laurinaitis. Ace gave it to both DDP & Orton.
Hayes got the idea of the Stunner from the Ace Crusher.
It’s kinda funny that Austin’s brief stint in ECW back in 1995 is how he learned about the Stunner. Only, the guy who innovated it, Mikey Whipwreck, called it the Whipper Snapper, and even used it on Austin back then. Still, no one really does it better than Austin.
I remember back in my uni days being in a club and running up from behind toward my friend on the dancefloor with a drink in his hand and delivering the perfect stunner lol. The drink even sprayed up & everything 😂
“Up in their larnex” 😂
When WWE was actually fun to watch
You got that right. It was pure fun to watch.
I remember when they came to my howmtown and after the show was over, Austin saw me and my brother screaming our heads off for him and he poured beer on us. One of the best nights ever.
I'm convinced that if Rock and Austin never left, Rock would eventually have evolved his sell of the Stunner that he would have backflipped, rolled into a ball, do a charge spin, then roll out of the ring and back up the ramp like Sonic the Hedgehog.
Steve Austin carried wwf during the attitude era.
Not really.
@@fmbbeachbum8163 really
But he had a great team "behind" him. Rock,Foley,HHH/DX,Undertaker and even the McMahons should get their credit during that era. I mention the McMahons because not many bosses I know of that would literally take one for the team.
@@Ronsonator yes
Hold up, I don't remember seeing this in the full biography.
Okay. Well now yu have seen it
Because it wasn't in there. They filmed a lot of stuff so a good bit got cut before air.
Yeah they did this with the HBK one too
been giving stunners all my life it really gets no better
2:27 BEST ONE HANDS DOWN! 😂 DUDE TRIED TO RUN! 🤣
Im pretty sure Hornswoggle was my favorite...
whos Hornswoggle?
This video cuts deep for me my friend josh and I use to pretend to be the Rock and Stone Cold and unfortunately he took his own life yesterday. Rest In Peace brother tell all our favorite wrestlers I said hello !
The rock v stone cold man. Always loved their good fights
Goldberg sold it like it killed him instantly lol
Mark henry: "everyone wanted to take his finish" 😳😳😳😳
😂 i said “pause” when he said that
One of the greatest tuffiest men alive one of my idols first paper view ever had loved every minute ❤ God bless you stone cold
Mikey whipwreck created the stunner in ecw. He called it the whipper snapper. Austin stole it
If you listen closely Stunner sounds like a glass shattering.
More like jaws shattering
The Stunner, Sweet chin music and Rock Bottom are my favorites.
I would love to see more clips that happened after the show
How awesome the stunner is depends on the guy who receives it...
And that guy is The Rock😂🔥
Meh The Rock's selling was too cartoony for me, reminds me of Shawn selling for Hulk.
props to hayse for inventing this finisher, to stone cold who made it iconic, and to the westlers who did an amazing job selling it
The stunner , the pedigree and the dominator are my go to specials in wrestling games.
He was and is my all time favorite wwe super star
Stone Cold Steve Austin is 1 of my favorite WWE Suppersatar and icon of all times.
Jericho's when he touched Austin was pretty epic but he didn't go out cold. Vince's stunners were always the funniest
Shane O'Mac: makes Austin's career
Pat Mac: drinks a beer after a stunner
Similar to DDP(Diamond Dallas Page) finishing move, BANG! Jakes' DDT is so cold blooded and is close also!
Thanks Mikey Whipwreck
Between WCW and wwf Austin spent a little time in ECW where the 2 people he wrestled the most was Mikey whipwreck who used a stunner finisher (the whippersnapper) and sandman who came out to the ring drinking beer.
I recall about 5 years back I ran into Shane while working at a school in NYC. Unbeknownst to me his kids happened to go there , anyway … he’s a cool dude & he’s got some size on him for sure. He’s no small guy.
The Rock's reactions got me every time!!!!! 😹😹😹
This what I have been waiting for 😃 Yessssssssssssss
Can you guys please post more of the Shane McMahon segments? He has so much insight and great stories
