this is the best new album by ANYONE in a while. Love The Cult! Going to see them at the Paladium in Hollywood! I just finished chemotherapy the day this album came out. My day of resurrection and to see Ian and The Cult rise again like a phoenix is beautiful!!!

Rise live for Mandela written in 1986. Enjoy your winter. Wish for some snow. Not much here. It's all falling in Boston & New York this year!!

Great song, great voice, great solo.
This song is simple. It simply kicks ass. Whoever thought up the piano part in the background is a genius. It sounds amazing and really drives the entire rhythm. It's like Jerry Lee Lewis sat in with the Cult

I useta do a couple Cult song with my band.
I remember being standing center, front row, for a show in the Born Into This tour.
I was pretty drunk and singing my ass off. People around me were watching me and giving me thumbs up.
Then I look up and Ian's singing and looking down me, kinda intense looking.
When we made eye contact, he gave me a smile and a wee nod.
My soundman always said:
"Loudest singer I ever heard...."

Was happy that I was hearing The Cult played on my local station, and just heard this today on their "new music" segment. I thought it was them, but they didn't say who it was at the time. I'm so happy they are coming out with a new album.
