    Sir, I felt pain and pressure in my rear delta of my right hand while doing dumble press or incline dumble press
    My body automatically pulls my right shoulders upward while pushing
    That's why I can't do dumble press heavy
    Is there any solution
    Note :-
    I retract my shoulders
    And do not perform any kind of minstakes that you have mentuoned
