    I love the looks of it. It's very competitive to the Vitpilen 401. Which is 373cc/44hp compare to the Caballero's 450cc/40hp. Both of them very light to. The Caballero Scrambler compares very well with the Svartpilen 401 aswell! 👌🏽

      Just here in Australia it’s a lot more money. It’s 14k and the svartpilen is like 7k

      I'm assuming it has been fairly restricted for emissions? A WR450 makes closer to 50hp if I'm not mistaken so this Caballero would be even more of a hoot with a little tuning.

    • @patricksandeberg8184
      @patricksandeberg8184 Před 3 lety +2

      @@flangmasterj agree! Most likely do to emissions. A 400cc standard bike in the 80th made 50+ hp.

    Just sold my Aprilia Tuono in Paris with great regret and was looking at these just for a fun machine to blip around on from time to time. I had to play part of this tice as I heard, "I haven't got this for long because my girlfriend is about to die"Luckily it was just the Go Pro😂 Nice little video, ride safe

    14000 in OZ? I paid 6900 € for mine here in Germany, that kind of a price difference is way too heavy. I really have to agree, it is great little bike and a head turner for sure since there aren't many around. Lot's of love and attention was put into details. I have the scrambler anniversary edition, also a huge recommendation even for small dirt bike adventures. BR from Munich, Germany

    The engine is not from a Yamaha, its a chinese engine. Don't get fooled by the fact that it's a chinese project by the way, the engine is strong and reliable. Chinese doesn't necessarily mean crappy.
    I need to ask you something: is the seat large enough for a passenger or is it too small? I know the scrambler version has a larger seat but i prefer the look and handling of the flat track

    • @agustincuevae
      @agustincuevae Před 3 lety

      Sorry but what your saying is not true, fantic is a Italian project 100% with Mariano Roman in the head, just the base of the engines built in China (like everything nowadays even the motor of the bmw 850 gs), but put together in Italy with their own tuning, the rest of the components of the bike are premium European. And yes fantic have a great relationship with Yamaha because they share the ownership of a motor company call Minarelli, so the motor like the reviewer said could be base on the wr engine, he never said is a wr engine. You should listen & and investigate before talking crap of a topic you clearly don’t know.

      I'm italian, i live in veneto and I've owned fantics before so I know what I'm saying, and I'm not talking crap. I've had a fantic 125 4t with a yamaha-minarelli engine, and i know perfectly the partnership that fantic has with yamaha. That doesn't mean that every motor has to be a yamaha or a yamaha-minarelli. This one in particular isn't, it is a Zhongsheng engine (I know Zhongsheng provides bmw with engines, btw not only bmw), just like the 250 from the supermoto/enduro bike they offer. The engine project is chinese, the injection is from Athena and everything is put together in a city near Treviso, the city i live in. So yeah, no more bullshit please, do your own research before opening your mouths and offending people you don't even know. And, by the way, I've never said that the others components were chinese, so I don't put words I didn't say in mouth.

      @@michele1342000 @Michele16 I didn't mean to offend you, sorry if that's the case, English is not my native language maybe that's why my comment sounded rude.
      I did my research the engine is designed at Riccardo Engineering at UK. I'm Ecuatorian and with lots of effort I bought the first fantic that arrived in South America, in your message I understood you were saying the brand is a Chinese project. That's why I jump. I think everything is clear now
