Another question, before you started your master's degree program to become a ( LMHC ) what were the requirements? Academically speaking? Is there any math involved in the classes?

ZERO math in the graduate curriculum other than some very basic statistical principles that you'd cover at an undergrad level in most cases. Luckily a therapist never has to calculate instantaneous velocity or find the area under a curve. ;-)

Hey Drew. Been watching lots of your content lately, you're doing a really nice job and honest work, i appreciate you. I would love to hear an answer from you on this question:
When i expose myself to situations that make me anxious (panic disorder and agoraphobia) like driving far from home/ plane etc my anxiety goes up, i let it be, it goes down, then it goes up again and this cycle repeats itself, it doesn't let up until i am no longer in that situation. Should i expose myself to these kind of things for shorter periods of time at first? Because after 4 hours of this cycle i feel really drained and exhausted, can't sleep well and very emotional. Also very sensitized after a big session of anxiety so more things make me anxious like responsabilities, mortality etc. Is it normal that the anxiety doesn't let up until i'm not in the situation anymore? Should i take it slower? Thanks if you make time to answer! Wish u well.

Start with your goals in each exposure. Are you trying to make it come down, or are you there to practice feeling those things? I can't be sure because I don't know you, but this is a common place to start. Many will do exposures with the goal of trying to learn how to drive, walk, etc. without being anxious when in reality the exposure is there to teach us how to do those things WHILE anxious. So if you're trying to learn how to shop without panic (for example) and you experience panic, you may declare the exposure a failure because you couldn't "bring it down" until you went home. This is a general observation across a large number of people so it may or may not apply for you. Just wanted to throw it out there as a starting point.

Question, will you have your own practice?

I will. I have 3000 hours of supervised work to do first before that can happen though.
