I know I can’t. Furthest I’ve gone without an epidural was 8cm I finally tapped out and begged for an epidural. Let’s see how this one goes
She had fentanyl through an IV though so even tho it’s not an epidural she still had pain medication and that fentanyl hits just as good not trying to discredit her she still did the thing but it wasn’t without pain meds

Staying consistent with being hydrated really helped me the first weeks of breastfeeding my youngest son! I hardly had milk coming in the first 2 days and after I began to drink water I seen a dramatic change in my milk supply. Don’t give up mama its hard at times but so worth it once you get the hang of it💙 Congratulations guys! So happy for you 🥰
