How to Setup Microphone on Windows 10 & Test Mic! (Easy Method)

Do you want to know how to setup your mic on windows 10??? Setting up your microphone on windows 10 is easy! You can switch your output and input devices to use different speaker and mic combinations. Also, you can set specific output/input for individual applications. Furthermore, when it comes to listening to yourself speak in your headset with the mic. Windows 10 has a built in mic monitor, which allows you to adjust your mic. If your mic is to soft, you can go to the sound control panel and increase your microphone volume. So testing your mic and headset is very easy!

My headset has a microphone, whenever i plug in the headset, the sound comes through the headset but the microphone isn't working, also whenever i go to sound settings the output device doesn't show my headset it only has 'Speakers (Realtek(R) Audio), same goes for my microphone, i only see 'Microphone (Realtek(R) Audio).

Because I had a problem where I had 2 mics connected and I set one to default but in some games it did not work.
What I did is to disable the mic I was not using.

Finally a tutorial that I can understand! I have a hobby of making short videos outdoors. It's windy out or say a car goes speeding by while I'm talking on my video.
