Yes brother. Ap apne local areas me koi bhi gp ke sath register hona pata he to ap udhar appointment le ke visite kar Sakte hoy apko koi problem ho to Isliye vaha register ho na padta he.

once you apply this first time than you will get call from your gp to go first time and you will receive latter at your home Mention NHS number.

You have to register with gp choose you have already registered with gp and you have different options. You have other form.

You will get the NHS number to your home address. One thinks you can do is that open the bank account like monzo or revolt like 2 bank so you will have to address proof or apply for dvl provision license. For other address proof
