It'd be damn bloody tempting to dig up a bunker in the middle of this thing. Watched a few of these now and there is zero chance that anyone would find it. These look to be maintained once every 10 years by a single worker, and nobody realistically is going to be camping on these long term anyway. Perfect spot for a bunker.

How strange to wild camp on a 'roundabout'. I like the adventurist spirit. Keep on wild camping ( we say "going bush").

Certainly not much space there for camping ... you would think they didn't want people o9n that roundabout.

Just got recommended your channel, I normally watch Steve Wallis. I really like your style, I subbed! You picked a great spot btw, I could tell by the lack of rubbish it must be a good stealth spot! Although with the lack of leaves also quite difficult to hide yourself from view!

Hiding in plain sight! Many years ago while hiking the Pilgrims’ Way I camped in a Spinney that was in the middle of a golf course. I was basha camping and my basha was invisible from any more than a few metres…I was actually woken in the morning by the sound of some early golfers walking close by!

Nice idea, even though you'd be more comfortable at that Travelodge or the Antrobus hotel in Amesbury! Fairly safe bet no-one would bother you where you are. Just hope there's no night time roadworks etc & the workmen use the centre to go for a pee! That'd be just my luck if it were me lol!

Some of those spikey bushes were Hawthorn. This was used over many centuries as hedges to keep cattle in their fields as it is not only painful, but can also cause bad infections. However, much of the rest of the foliage was harmless enough.
