What are its worst matchups post rotation? Just based on a few tabletop games it seems it struggle into Lugia with all those jet energies, yea temple of sinnoh hurt Lugia for a bit but once they found collapsed they were back up and running.
Lost zone decks are all pretty hard for snorlax to deal with as well because of their high counts of switch and their versatility with attackers
1 of Meteor cripples it .Meteor It has a two retreat cost which is actually good because you don’t want to stack too much energy to it or else you can’t attack with anything else.
damage counters or snipe Pokemon cards they mostly aren't running Manaphy or Jirachi
switch cards (boss or switch) or gust cards (iron bundle) helpful
Canceling cologne
Collapsed stadium (help not putting more Snorlax tho be ready want to get rid of your Pokemon too)
any attacks say (This attack's damage isn't affected by any effects on your opponent's active Pokemon)
@@dharris5887if you look at current decklists people are playtesting no one is running minior. So at least for the start of the post ro meta it looks like Snorlax will be safe from that for a bit.
@@elizabetho7580 just giving the current meta online on TCGlive I’ve ran into so many lax/mill players. Mew is out due to rotation therefor people won’t need the spirit tomb and can add 1more tech card
You should play the updated one with handheld fan and the flute. 🙂
I hate playing Snorlax Stall, but it is on my list to cover for this format lol
@@InThirdPerson Haha, fair enough. 🙂
do you know what the price would be like for irl tcg? I'm interested in getting into it and this deck looks fun to play.
You can use Limitless as a starting point, as it lists the prices for decks in USD and EUR based on TCGPlayer prices limitlesstcg.com/decks/list/9594
thank you!@@InThirdPerson
It would be relatively inexpensive at low rarity. Around $40-50.
Everyone hates snorlax for stalling the game but I never had a game with snorlax where I went under the 20 minutes time and my opponents over 14 minutes. Like bro am I stalling, or are you 😂😂😂
Ps with snorlax its easy to see who actually understands their decks and who just copies popular meta decks
Everyone is praying this deck flops
Based on its success in Japan, it probably is here to stay.
Does mist energy protect mimikyu from Shred?
My buddy plays this deck and wins about 90% of his games.
@@steve2468no but with hero’s cape it can keep it alive
The more popular Lugia becomes the more likely it flops. And if you’ve been paying attention to city leagues in Japan Tina lose zone is on top 6 out of 13 of the most recent. It didn’t get worse post rotation.
