Exactly, the song was NOT by Queen as was displayed inaccurately on the banner.
It was written by Freddie Mercury after he had been approached to write a song for the 1992 Olympic games in the Spanish city.
Freddie had always had a love for Opera music and in particular Monserrat Caballe who was very happy to perform the song with him.

How is it fake? The only fake version I’ve seen of this is when Freddie and Monsterrat “performed” this live. It was 100% playback, even the orchestra. It was a last minute thing because Freddie couldn’t sing. His voice was out which was understandable because he had AIDS at the time.
@@JonBecker81 In fact, according to Phoebe, Freddie's producer, the reason was time:
"For those malevolent critics, who came up with so many reasons why the show wasn't live, including Freddie's health, there was never any intention that this song was sung live. To produce any of Freddie's live performances, many intensive rehearsals were done. Time was a convenience at the time, which none of the artists had much to offer."
