- My conch piercing experience! I must admit, I am a little obsessed right now and so two weeks after getting my tragus pierced I went back to my piercer (Shout out to Tobias @Pure Body Arts!!!) and got my conch pierced (10/9/17). Going in I wasn't entirely sure how painful it is going to be and was pleasantly surprised :D

I getting my conch done tomorrow and I'm just hoping that it's going to be smooth and won't hurt when I'm getting it done! 😂
It's really dependent on your pain level as well as ear anatomy :D Getting it done was OK for me and only the first week or so it was a bit uncomfortable. It's been a couple months now and I can now even sleep on it without too much trouble. Good luck!! :)
The Minimalist Ninja Okay so even though this is probably not needed but AN UPDATE! 😂 I went and got it done and all I can say is that the only part that did hurt a tiny bit was when the piercer placed the clamp on. But that was literally it. I didn't really feel the needle and it was about a 2/10. I've had it for about 2 weeks and I've been following your advice and I can sleep on it and there's now no soreness or redness! :) SO THANK YOU!! X

It looks so cute! I got mine almost two months ago and ofc still taking good care of it,i like how it looks 🙂 compared to my daith the procedure was a bit more annoying but it’s definitely worth it!

Alison Wanderland :) I've had it for a couple months now and the first week was definitely the worst. It's much better now and is only slightly sore when I sleep on it with a little too much pressure 😊 There are so many jewelry options for it as well!! 💕 I just checked out your channel btw and love it! I was gonna get my industrial but sadly i dont have the anatomy for it so got a conch and helix instead. The actual piercing didnt hurt but tbe first few h0urs were dore snd knocking it HURTS, i keep forgetting its there and it catches everything, also in direct line of airpods ans glasses!
It looks awesome! Maybe you can try sleeping with a pillow or rolled towel in between your legs? I noticed that when I have a pillow between my legs it prevents me from rolling over.

My conch is hurting so bad omg I didn’t even go through this with neither of my industrial and that hurt worse than my conch it’s just so sore rn whitish yellowish stuff coming out my ear look raw & swollen all of these are normal but gosh ! But Motrin works to take away the pain
How can you compare the conch piercing to a helix pericing?! I found helix like a 2-3/10 bc I couldn’t feel it really…
my mom said i can get it pierced but im so freaking scared of the pain level and im kinda young im 13..
Please don't confuse self-harm with fashion, being rebellious, or making a personal statement. It is a very fine line and not everyone is in a position to know which side of the line they are on. Since there are no logical reasons for self-mutilation, the desire or need for piercings, even minor ones, should be approached as a psychological and mental health issue.
Are you a person into self-harm? Seek professional help. Who knows, it might do you some good.
It's just jewelleries. The process of getting it might be painful but nothing to be worry about. If she was into body suspension for example I would understand why you would raise these questions (even if I disagree) but piercings only hurt for a second, it's actually more painful to wear heels all day long than wearing a piercing (not even completely healed) :)
