It was an Awesome show! Seen them in South Carolina Last month. I actually got a Pick from one of their shows. Seen them 8 times now .

Other than the VIP experience (I never got to meet them when I last saw them, sadly), seems your review matches what I said after I saw them two years ago. Their energy, the crowd interaction, and even the energy of the crowd was immense.
Although, I can relate to the general VIP experience, as I’ve done it with my other favorite band, Epica. It was my first concert, too, in 2010. It turns surreal when you see them just sitting there right in front of you...and they talk to you. Although back then I was rather quiet and didn’t say much. I said more the second time I met them.
I’m glad you had a fun time, and also it’s awesome you’re planning to go see them again! Admittedly jealous, but I’m not letting that get me down. I’m making sure I get to see them again someday.
I had a similar experience meeting Devin Townsend last month. He’s the most humble musician I’ve ever met.
The guys from Behemoth are great to talk to as well. Orion comes off as intimidating on stage, but he’s cool when meeting fans.
I'm going to see them next week with infected rain supporting them.
