I can agree with everything you said but one small thing. Mona is really easy to build and doesn't need much investment. She just needs a 4p emblem set consentrating mostly at ER but also trying to get some crit stats. Slap on her any catalyst weapon and she becomes a beast. Though her best in slot is the widsith but any other catalyst works almost as good as that. I have her at c4 since she really doesn't want me to win any 50/50 and she did wonders for my account ever since I got her.
Thats what I ment with hard to build. Because she is a support that also wants Crits, that can make it harder to balence stats. But you are right, she is an amazing unit!
As a Keqing main, I’m glad Keqing made top 3. tighnari is supposed to be great but I simply couldn’t figure out his team comps.. And his bis weapon is an extinct one so as someone who cares a ton about drip I just don’t even have a weapon I like for him..
His bow was so pretty on him :( the closest one in looks seems to be the green battle pass one but i heard it has similar value as slingshot on him :')

I promised myself that I would never build my Dehya until I get c2 and boom two copies in Navia banner. Now she have 70k HP and helps me a lot during underwater farming. If Natlan will bring mechanics like heat similar to Dragonspine cold this Girl will be famous for her passive healing.
Dehya is an amazing sustainer and for sure helps a lot of exploration underwater or in regions where you have HP draining mechanics. I'm glad you got her C2!
my list (starts from worst to best) diluc dehya qiqi mona jean tighnari keqing tighnari is stronger than keqing as a unit however he doesnt have good synergy with many units while keqing has fischl/sara/beidou/yae miko, kazuha/sucrose, nahida/yao yao/kirara/baizhu (or maybe kokomi/furina /mona if u like quickbloom keqing). futhermore, keqing teams work well in both aoe and st but tighnari teams fail to work in aoe
Tighnari lacks on AEO for sure, but he is deadly on Single target. Also, even tho he doest have that good synergy with a lot of characters, he doesnt need a lot to be good. Fishl, Raiden or Yae Miko, a shielder and maybe more dendro aplication and he is good to go. But yes, he lacks on AEO.
I think you should rank dps characters as the lowest characters on this list. With so many dps limited five stars, using a standard banner dps will have lower scalings.
I can't edit for some reason, but I think it's also worth mentioning that putting Mona lower bc of Furina is the same reason why the dps characters should be lower on the list, except that Furina is only 1 character why there are at least 10 other dps limited 5* characters I can list off the top of my head.

Tighnari for sure shouldn't be a standard character, in fact I think he only turned out to be one because it was the release of dendro. His scalings are not low and he has an impressive DMG when you do a spread team comp. Keqing may not have big multipliers, but the aggravate reaction gives her big numbers. And mixed with her fast play style it makes her a very solid character. Diluc is really the only one that has low scalings and doesn't have a mechanic to help him. Qiqi only heals, jean heals and thanks to VV reduces defenses and dehya is a human shield. But they are only that mostly. They are specifically niche. Mona is the only exception that's why she is top 2. But she is never going to beat tighnari because like I said, he is worthy of a Limited banner. And Mona never was a must have for teams, she was just a solid pick, a pick that got even more suppressed with the release of furina. Because the only thing mona was used for (the buff) came in a better quality with furina. Supports are always better than DPS's for the long run. But when it comes to a support that is getting forgotten slowly or a DPS that has equal power with limited ones, I will rank the DPS in a better placement. Diluc is one of my favorite characters but he is not that strong. Maybe some future character (like Xianyun) will be able to improve his DMG 👀 But remember, you are free to invest in any character if you like them!!

As an old player i have misfortune to have all crap from standard. I can not say anything about Tignari because i never used him nore planning to. (dendro-hater) Jean is only interesting for weird ppl who pulled water brat. As for others.. I put Dehya at 7th place. Diluc at 6th and Qiqi at 5th. Qiqi is at least somebody who saves me in abyss sometimes. Pairing her with Raiden helps a lot against hard hitting monsters.
Mona is my girl the first 5 star i wanted and wished for. I also had luck in receiving Tighnari he is true boss killer one of the best in genshin "mano a mano" ehehe

My advice for you regarding the guarateed is to use it on a character that you like and you know will not get bored. Or a character you like and you also need a lot rn (for example a support role or dps) Ofc, its always good to keep an eye out for future banners because holding on that guaranteed for a long time will cause you to lack characters. And since you dont have bennet, try to do diluc and 2 hydro and maybe a healer or shielder. You will be using furina so a healer would be more suitable
Now that Chevreuse is out and proven to be a Kazuha tier buffer for Pyro and Electro. Dehya Overload team just got a whole lot more viable and she can hypercarry now. I think your take is wrong on her having no damage for sure. No idea why content creators don't make videos about Dehya + Chevreuse. I'd do it if I could have her come home!
Dehya has DMG, not as much as a DPS tho. Her main role was never to be a Hypercarry, so even if she can do it, doesn't mean she should. And this video was recorded and posted before Chevreuse had been released, so I couldn't guess how she would perform with Dehya.

Raiden also has different aspects, her skill only serves as electro application off field, and her burst is actually to deal DMG. You deal a big number when you cast your burst, and then your next attacks will be infused and work with almost everyone (as far as I know, Beidou is the only exception), and besides dealing DMG her burst refunds energy to the whole team. Now, let's see Dehya. Her skill does a bit of pyro dmg and applies pyro off field that's true. But the main focus is to serve as a way to mitigate the DMG your team receives. And her burst? The point I'm trying to tell you is that just because they deal dmg, it doesn't mean they are hypercarries. We are talking about characters that are focused on defending your team but they don't provide shield. So technically they are tanks who will tank the dmg. People say Diluc will become meta - but what will the rotation look like? Because he needs to vape, so he needs to do normals in between to trigger either Xinqu or yelan. Seems like it’ll be to short time wise
Furina my friend. Her pets will apply hydro and diluc will vape with his plunges. And she will also allow him to use Marechausse. If I have to guess, his best team will be: Diluc, Furina, Bennett and Xianyun But I'm also seeing some type of melt teams with Rosaria for example, but that team will be more clunky ig.
Diluc is a tragedy. I want to like him, but his burst is terrible. It's like Ayaka's burst, but really fast and goes throught bosses and flies to the other side of the screen.

I agree, Tighnari is a really good dps that is easy to use. A shame his signature weapon is lost in the abyss now
His sig is even the new BIS for some characters and comps like Melt Ganyu for example. That only makes it worse 😭
