I've been following you since your video of your first time cold calling where you were laughing at yourself about how awkward it was, you have progressed so much and it's so awesome to see! You inspired me to get my license and I've been licensed now for only a few months and it's a lot harder than I anticipated! IDK how you do it! I don't have a whole lot of guidance with my current brokerage so I feel like I've just been thrown to the wolves and I'm figuring things out as I go along 😅
To your point about not having a lot of guidance, this is where you have to get your own mentors, be it thru books, etc. I read sell it like serhant / agents edge by Jordan cohen and these both helped me out, changed my mindset and get your mind spinning in the direction of where you can start - you can do it, best of luck with your journey 🔥

How much square footage do you consider to be big enough for a two bedroom ?
Did you ever struggle with having to giving your grandparents or contribute to the house whilst saving for an apartment? I am 20 & just got my license serving Houston and surrounding areas and my long term goal is to save for my own place but I fear that my parents will try to take all my $ even though this is an unsteady and unpredictable job when it comes to cash flow.

How is it getting approved with a 1099?
For me a little complicated lol so I recommend talking to a mortgage expert if you want to learn more about your specific options. But is going to depend on how you structure your business/payments, how long you have been self-employed, they'll also take a look at your business tax returns, etc. I might collab with my lender and do a video all about this!
