- / foundfootagefestival This week, the Shaturday crew is joined by art director and paleo artist Rebecca Dart, who helps separate dino-fact from dino-fiction in a Christmas episode of "Dinosaucers." Plus, commercials for recalled toys and a game based on those Shopasaurus t-shirts from the 80s. Merry Dinosaur Day to all!

This is a hilarious sequence of events, LOL!
14:40 .. the tonal shift left me laughing
The way cartoon seasons worked was 13 episodes for weekly airings and 65 episodes for daily airings usually many of these consisted of the afternoon toy based series. Hence 52 weeks in the year every episode of the season got rerun four times, of course many Saturday cartoons to save on budget would have 8 episode seasons and rerun episodes from seasons prior.
Christmas and dinosaurs? Yes please!
I just discovered this series and terrible cartoons are my hobby. Thanks for digging these out.
Welcome aboard! Any recommendations?
@@FoundFootageFest anything involving weird celebrities from the 80s and 90s! Chuck Norris, New Kids on the Block, Mc Hammer!
I had the same exact reaction as George - "weirdly nauseating!"
I suspect other episodes might be easier to take, but I can't imagine any Dinosaucers fans looking forward to the "Bonehead episodes."
I would buy and wear a Creepasaurus shirt.
I think they tried to merge the ankylosaur with a pig.
If you eat more than one magnet, they can connect in different sections of your intestine and you could have an obstruction and die.
The episode needed Pteryx. She's the hot one.
And a happy Life Day, as well.
Clearly we have all been good to receive this gift!
you guys should watch an episode of Cadillac's and Dinosaurs😂
"everybody walk the dinosaur" 🦕
Some of these dinosaurs sound like Beastly from the Care Bears cartoon.
If you ever do another episode of,Dinosaucers could you watch the episode:"eggs mark the spot"?. Because i really like. It & it shows a good side of, terrible dactyl
Allo sounds like Zap Rowsdower
This is takin' me back....
A show especially made for people that own a subwoofer
Patiently Awaiting 'Devlin' to Be Covered🤙
19:51 that 'WHOOOOoooooaaAAAAA-oooooooAaaahhHHHH' needs to be on the bingo card
Pirates. Of. Darkwater.
Pretty sure that show isn't shat.
@@autobotstarscream765 What you said!!
I want a rockasaurus shirt
Did Captain Planet rip off the magic rings plotline? Sure seems like it.
Jerry Lewis + Edith Bunker + Joe Besser = “Bonehead” voice
13:48 This intro seems 100% parody of Shaturday cartoons.
1980s and 1990s SatAM cartoons. Not so much 60s and 70s.
Stegoclaus sounds suspiciously like season 1 Homer Simpson.
And here's the deal with the Magnet toys... Children would swallow them and they could potentially cause massive and irreparable internal damage to stomachs and intestines. See, if a child swallowed several of the small magnetic balls, and they got stuck in different parts of the intestine or stomach, the magnets would actually attract one another, and would eventually cause tears and fissures in these organs as the magnetic pull didn't care if there was intestinal tissue or stomach lining in the way. So yeah... they were recalled for causing potentially fatal intestinal perforations, or blockages (the latter of which should be self explanatory if you had several magnets being held in place by other magnets.). Oh, and the Power Wheels? They were just recalled to replace battery fuses that could potentially cause a minor shock.
I thought this kind of thing was just common trivia. Like, sure, I'm not surprised that not everyone was aware of why these were recalled, but I am surprised that no one knew this. Like, what kind of useless factoids do you guys fill your heads with, if not things like why Magnetix were recalled, or the fundamentals of Dinosaucer's Dinovolving. I mean, my aside from the info I need my work, and the knowledge associated with a B.A. in history (which, admittedly, is a treasure trove of random factoids in it's own right) and a Masters of Science in Psychology (which, aside from some interesting case studies and experiments of questionable ethical veracity, has less interesting anecdotal lore associated with it,) random useless trivia is essentially packed into every last synaptic cleft in my brain! Like honestly... I'm really just disappointed in George, as I figured he'd know this type of info.
No, no, no. It wasn't "an attack to make them be dumb." While dinovolving would decrease their intelligence, it increases their strength and fighting abilities, so it's perceived as advantageous to dinovolve at the appropriate time. Their adversaries, the Tyranno's don't possess the secret of dinovolving, but do have a raygun called the devolver that accomplishes a similar task. I mean come on now... I'm pretty sure even the must rudimentary of wikipedia research would have provided this information.
