In the player career mode, that you can start of your career in a academy not like start into the first team right away, Ea has the uefa rights, so they could even include the youth league

One thing I want in fc25 is owner career mode in that career mode you can sack and hire mangers, sign players , adjust you budget,negotiate for more money with sponsors and make b teams women team,basketball and you can also sell you club and purchase new club and also buy mangers and also upgrade stadium and sell merch and also cutscence when a player is signed by a new that show media clicking picture with jersey in hand and all the trophies the club won in the background

Ea would never add that.
One thing that would make both player and manager career modes more interesting and unpredictable should be making player growth more dynamic with players' overall growing or dropping based also on their prestations during the course of the seasons. Example: if a random player during a career mode season (doesn't matter if he's in my team or not) is a striker and in march has only 3 goals even if starting every week in an important club, his rating should be dropped instead of still growing. At the same time, if old players perform very well during a season, they should still grow or keep their overall instead of just dropping unconditionally because of their age.
I won every single trophy with benzema and he’s still dropping 💀💀
I'd like to see more player interaction in fifa as that'd give it a more realistic feel. I remember back in fifa 17, you'd get the occasional "Player demands to leave" event in the news and I feel that'd be cool to bring back. Maybe make it a little mini game where you get given options on how to control the player and prevent them leaving or possibly run the risk of making a huge drama out of it.
Career mode should have the feature of 11v11 practice match in training.A 5 Min match that improves the starting Xl and subs sharpness.

The only thing i really wanted for the next Fifa game is the devs focus more on Career Mode (Manager/Player). More cutscenes, realistic and logical transfers, smooth gameplay. More realistic faces expecially on high potential players. Real stadiums for division 1 and 2 teams.
Yeah I'm tired of seeing transfers like messi moved to madrid or ronaldo to barca its quite annoying
We need a kit designer every new season for real teams. I don’t even care if you can’t change sponsor but for example you can make new Liverpool kits every season of career with only the Nike kits that are used for create a club/ pro clubs. Where u can edit the colours but keep the sponsor, Nike logo and lfc badge. Using the same kits for every season gets soo boring

They should simplify the objectives: My first season with AS ROMA I had to win the Europa League. And in the second season I needed to reach the final of the Champions League. It's not that easy with a team like ROMA to reach the final in season 2. They expect to much from us?!
We need the return of the Journey. Sure many people didn't like it but there are still some things that need to happen. For starters Alex and Danny (depending on who the player chose to win the Champions League Final in FIFA 19 The Journey: The Champions) still need to win a major international tournament for their national team (England) like the World Cup,Euro,Nations League and maybe the gold medal for Great Britain at the Olympics since Alex's half sister Kim won the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup. Some characters also have to return like Gareth Walker and Dino and maybe more special guest star footballers. Alex should also try his luck in other leagues to win more trophies and imagine him returning to his first team playing alongside Danny and Gareth and also playing for their national team with Danny and Gareth. They also should include a final chapter in which all the characters announce their retirement from the sport since they achieved what they have won and done. The Journey has to make a return.
Or...they could actually make a decent my player career mode including WAY more cut scenes and consistent progress milestones.

The Journey featuring either a English young breakout star player or a player's journey coming back from early retirement after for example a few years away from football coming back to hometown / the team player grew up playing for example Rashford with Manchester United ( if he had taken a break from the spotlight )
It would be absolutely great to bring back something like the journey as like me many enjoyed it. The sort of did something like that in fifa 20 with Volta and that story but I didn’t really hit that hard as the journey did.
I think whenever you sign for a club instead of the cutscenes we have, we have different jersey reveals cause i dont think clubs do a shirt reveal in their facilities. Like maybe we get some in the stadium based off the club like Man city, psg, Liverpool, barca, madrid, and bayern and other clubs with iconic stadiums
Loads of people complain about the same kits in career mode, so ea should get the clubs to design kits for the 2nd,3rd,4th season etc. and it wouldn't be a problem for sponsors either since the club can decide the design.

I think it would be really cool if kits could change throughout the seosons. Even if they cant make new kits they could just use old kits from earlier seosons even of they keep current sponsors or kit manufaturers

I am hoping EA can find a way of rotating formations in different clubs for different seasons so that even if managers getting sacked is difficult atleast we can still get the feeling of something new at a club like using the club's old formations and rotating around that.
Every after 3 seasons some teams have different formations from the previous seasons
Hate to keep citing The Journey, but it seems like that was the last time any real love was shown to a Player Career mode. 🤷🏻♂️
They should swap the menu system to that of a pre-fab apartment background that Alex Hunter had in The Journey - and then with the money you make, you could purchase higher end places and it would be reflected: from an apartment to a cool flat to a nice house and eventually a mansion.
Tying into that: think it would be awesome if you had played a full match and ended with a 10 rating, you’d have the option to jersey swap post-match with one of the 3 highest rated players on the other team - and see a cutscene to that effect. Then back at the main menu in the background of the apartment/house/mansion, you would see those same jerseys hung on a wall, but only have a limit of 5 being displayed at one time. You could accumulate as many jerseys as you want over your career, then swap out what jerseys are displayed in a separate Trophy Room menu - which would also display replicas of every trophy you’ve achieved in your career as well as stat sheets of your previous seasons.
New league suggestion:second division of Turkish football
Yeaah that would be cool like playing manchester united from 08 vs real madrid from 02 or something like that with yerseys etc.. Also after every season in carreer mode manager to make new kits for the new season.. they have a kit creator in game cmon
I play player career mode and me and greenwood start on the wings but we have an 88 overall rodrygo that’s always on the bench which is confusing considering greenwood is like 79 rated

Yeah you should be able to add say the Scottish second division or create a fictional A league 2nd Division so you could have Promotion & Relegation
I personally believe adding a club legends card to ultimate team just adds more retired players that want to be immortalised in a game without having massive success in a single league or across different clubs

Customisation for both create a club and pro clubs needs a massive overhaul
1. We need better goalkeeper kits, the generic ones we get to choose from are awful.
2. Generic sponsors on kits, they have done it on f1 for their ‘my team mode’ so I don’t see why it’s not in the game already.
3. Better badge customisation, we should be able to colour specific elements on the badge templates like we do with the kits.
4. A stadium builder would also be great but that seems like a stretch, however i know there’s a mobile game out there with a decent stadium builder.
Also, they need to put all the haircuts and boots into pro clubs, they are in the game files and you can put them on a created player/manager in career mode so why keep them out of clubs, they don’t even release them into the Volta shop so they are wasting assets for no reason.
I just want the Brazilian league back, it was so good to start your career

I would like to see Legend Managers in Career mode. I’m a Celtic fan. But the ability to choose an Alex Ferguson ( life like appearance ), Zidane, Xavi Alonso, Neil Lennon. Anyone agree with this ? You can name your ex managers you would love to see in the game what you’re guys opinions ?

Personally for me, I don’t like the training on career mode I preferred the one off the previous FIFA 23 compared to EAFC actually felt like it had an impact on the players compared to now
I just hope that they'll finally give every player in the top leagues an actual face. It’s just annoying that some reserve players do not have a real face
