Anyone know which youth academy countries are the best to find bald players? Doing a career right now only using bald footballers

Scouted Norway found these 3 CBs in the same month: 50 ovr 71-94 pot (17), 64 ovr 69-94 pot (17), 61 ovr 69-94 pot (17), 53 ovr 67-93 pot (15). Scout is a 5* 5*

Scouted a 15 yo called Marcus Dixon, basically a right footed Phil Foden.
With a position change and first team football at 16, he’s a 78 overall.
Can’t wait to see how good he gets 👀

I found out Spain is really OP for looking for technically gifted players, i looked there and found a CF (68 ovr after converting to CAM/88-94 POT), a RW(66 ovr/81-94 POT) and like 3 more CAMs and wingers all with high ovr and potential who didnt make it into the team because the players grew quite alot after a season(All of them got +8 to 10 ovr after the first season) also France is good for finding strikers, i found a platinum player who literally got +9 in half a season(came with 64 ovr)
How about any cdm’a struggling to find the next Busquets
@@afanas4635 CDM's are the hardest sh*t to find, tried to recreate the 2015 barcelona with youth academy only in my create a club career mode and didn't find any CDM, only one that got a +5 in CB and i needed a CB to be the next Pique so i went for it, still trying to find one CDM and Left Back

@@afanas4635 Maybe try converting one of them into a CDM and buying a new CM, spain is pretty horrible for looking for CDM's
Great content! One comment is that I noticed that you can get player from other countries when scouting one country. For example I got a guy from Colombia when scouting in Argentina.
As a Canadian I always send a scout over there every now and then and almost always tend to end up with one or two really good players.
I'm yet to see a CZcamsr do this but I've done it for years...when you get offered an International Job for a smaller Nation (Currently I manage Wales)... Take the job, assign your youth scout to find players from that nation, even when they're in your youth academy you can call them up (search them by name) and it doesn't matter if they're under 16 either you can still call them up to international duty... and try to just make that Country have a team full of wonderkids :)

Sparring DK used to journeyman series similar to that. He’d accept the first international offer (as long as the country was scoutable since he wasn’t on pc at the time) and build them up while moving between club teams

Now what I really need to know is which region generates the most CDMs and CMs (in FIFA23 if possible), because I always have trouble getting good academy players in those positions.

@@jcshades3 I do, but they're very rare to come by still. Players are always just much better at CAM or CB instead.

We have opposite problems. I need wingers and all my scouts find is CB’s & CDM’s. England, Germany & Sweden were my scouting regions. I was told Asia has lots of wingers but my dipshit scouts couldn’t find any in all of Asia
On one save I did, I had three players with the same name all from Brazil from the youth academy

On my first Leicester save on FC 24, I went straight for Japanese wingers and in ~4 seasons I had 3 platinum wingers all with the same last name. The name pool is so terrible on CM but its just another part of the game that will never be changed or fixed because EA couldn't give 2 shits
If you have 3 scouts. Make your scouts go out on 3 different dates. Ie 1st,2nd 3rd of each month. Then you can save on the last day so 28th or 30th or 31st and keep refreshing scouts for each day. Ive had many players worth over 3.5 million and only 15-17
How do u refresh scouts 4 each day
@@4times196 save your game the day before your scout gives a monthly update. Then you just load your game over and over until you get top talent and then save it for next scout day and repeat

I just scouted France with a 4star judgement, 2star experience and got a 71 rated 17yr old LW worth £4.1mil. I was shocked 😲. I save the day before the scout comes back and keep checking until i get some at least 1mil 😂
Hey geografifa i have a question: does playing at home actually matter? I mean its a computer generated game so is there an added advantage to the home side? Is it in the actual code that you play better at home?
Well from my experience, playing away is definitely harder. It's like the CPU stands give it a boost or something, so games seem more intense.
Btw does anyone know what the chance is to get a youth academy player with playstyle +?

When I did an RTG with Bradford City, I got 3 platinum players from India. I tried the same thing with Manchester United, but it didn’t work. It seems that getting decent players from any country you like, even the most obscure, requires starting with a small team that could promote good youth players straight from scouting or at least having spent no more than a year in the academy.

It's so broken.. I've been scouting in Czech Republic and each player has 1 of 3 names ... Only 3 names ... And then i also scout for Physically strong and get back 46 Physically strong players constantly... Plus most countries are absolutely dog shit n useless. Scouting is awful
facts, the name pool is awful and the scouting is garbage; I rarely get any good players anymore.

I scout Physically Strong ST and CF , but instead I get some short weak player with Psychical stats in the 40's and scoring/finishing in the 40's as well, but defending he will have in 60's .... I'm scouting for forwards and it gives me players with awful finishing, but good defensive stats ... It's just so random n useless
