I'd like to see a much more in-depth transfer and contract negotiation process, with a lot more variety in the clauses you can add to the transfer or player contract (similar to the deals in Football Manager). You could have buy-back clauses, extra transfer fees after a certain number of appearances (by that i mean the payment to the previous club rather than the player), extra fees if the player wins trophies or gets an international call-up. The player contracts could have relegation release clauses, an agreed wage increase if the team is promoted or wins the league, things like that.
i would love a more detailed kit editor, for both authentic clubs and create a club, at the start of each season be able to edit the kit like you can in create a club but more detailed
Bringing back the journey
You can sign sponerships in create a club where if you win the champions league you get a sponser like emtriates and team up with addias
I wish that players had an overall and potential range. So that say one person could be 84 rated as a start in one career and in the next he is 81 rated.
For potentials this would be. The younger the player the higher the range, giving them a chance to become world class or flop
So... pretty much FM? (I'm not complaining I love both)
Bring back the joruney game mode it was so fun

I would want to see managers without clubs so there is more variety when picking a manager in carrer mode
I think you should be able to create friendlies in career mode. It doesn’t make it fun to get random tournaments with clubs from the Indian League and your in the Premier League

when you win a game, i would love to see the manager celebrating to all the fans just like what jurgen klopp does. like when he hits his chest and then punches the air
They at least should make every player hold the cup when you win a trophy not only the captain
I think if there was a way to choose different hairs that players have, for example grealish could have his current but you can change it to his slick back or pogba can be a buzz cut or braids, all in the choice of the user

I just want a more realistic experience with player career mode, there are some extra thing I would want to see:
- Dialog trees where choices can affect our player and our team
-Team trophy cabinet and also individual trophy cabinet
-More cutscenes not just during match but also, I would like to see cutscenes with voice acting where you can pick dialog choices, post match interviews, meetings with staff and managers, pitch training with team, subs training during half time cutscene in the background, there could be many cutscenes and scenarios
-Something resembling twitter where clubs and players tweet
-Sponsors
-Create a club but outside the manager career mode basically you can put a club into any league and play inside the club in player career mode, oh and since i'm talking about create a club I would like more stadium customization and kit customization.
-Shoe customization
-More customization stuff like hairstyles because I know we didn't have new ones for a long time, or accessories like knee stabilizers or what not.
-More stats where we can for example see how many t-shirts with our name the club sold, or how many hat tricks we scored etc.
-I would like to see Japanese league back honestly, just me tho probably
-Training sessions for additional exp, where you can invite a chosen football player to join, female or male, existing or created, basically if I want to have a training session with Messi on my team, I can do that, but it should only work if they themselves have a free schedule
-Basically if we get injured, and are unable to play, we can still watch the game, it would be cool if we had something similiar to tactical cam but we watch the game from the stands
-Camera mode in replay mode that let's us see from chosen players eyes
-Better player stats, I would love if I could make a character with custom stats, and start at like 50 overall so I can start at worse leagues because rn when we make a character we're basically at 70 overall from the start.
-When our player comes back from an injury his stats are slightly worse, but go back to what they were after few games
I would like to see beside players transfers, manager transfers like changing clubs , joining international management...
If ea did when we make a own club that the keeper kit have sponsors and details
Yourth competitions like U17 U19 U23 and the avability to start in an academy in fc 24 career mod
I love how when you score a consolation goal in pes the player runs to pick the ball unlike in fifa where they celebrate like they won a winning goal
Can we get more my player cutscenes like player conferences so you talk like the player and it will give you some player points

Noone will play that, thay should start with making the mens career mode playable.
i would want the chance to play as retro teams and choose the years i can start in like in player career and i would want to use different players from different years for example packing 2009,2012 and etc in ultimate team
I think it would be great to warm up during career mode before you start the match, because you might get injured or you have to warm up first when you sit on the bench and enter the field.

Coin toss where you can choose your end. Over 20 years of being an Evertonian and having to attack Gladwys St end in the 1st half.
I want EA to add an option in player edit, beside the kit number, it would be cool to add favourite kit number and favourite national team number, cause it's weird to see a player for example Ronaldo joining a team and the getting number 14
And my second suggestions is that option of having multiple nationalities, and also adding sort of youth competition, like U19 WC , olympiades..., baby choosing a nation for the youth competitions and another in other comititions like what Brahim Diaz did

Basically the journey in career mode with everything now and then all for player career mode
VAR CUTSCENES. Even if it doesn’t change the system’s decision, it would look great just as a cutscene.
A few suggestions in Career Mode regarding real face managers
AI managers to move to different teams every now and then and seeing a manager sacked on the news and even the commentators talk about it during games and also AI real face players becoming managers after they retire ( like Messi managing Barcelona or James Milner managing Leeds ) and lastly instead of removing real face managers from the game, have them as free agents so EA won't keep removing them and adding them back in.
I would love to see the bundesliga trophy were they run around and pour beer on eachother
-- In MyManager and Create-a-Club modes, I want performance updates on players I loaned out. How many games did they play. How many goals/assists/clean sheets did they get while out on loan.
-- I want my MyPlayer to get loaned out because he is 69 rated and the club I am playing for already has a 88, 86, and 80 rated player on the club AT MY POSITION already. I hate that I am immediately named the permanent starter when the team has Haaland or Mbape or Lewendowski or... I want the team to loan me out so I can legitimately get playing time. The game needs to take the other players ratings at my position into account when determining if I will be a bench player or a starter.
Let you choose a custom amount of momey for when you start career mode, and also make you the owner when you create a club, so you don’t get sacked. Add sponsorships, and give a point to buying things in player career mode
I want the National league and the national league north and south so if u want to do the road to glory then u can start in a non-league like national league south and make ur way up to the premier league

I wish that as well as creating custom teams in Manager mode, you can also create custom leagues for those custom teams. I’d also like if you can customize each generated player and customize their face to your liking
Edit: I’d also like to add I would love to see fight cutscenes in the game, it could activate after a hard foul and they should add more national teams like Japan, Colombia, Bolivia, El Salvador and Senegal.

I want an option in Manager carrer mode, where in every season, you can change your kit, make a new kit with a new sponsor. So you do not have to play with the same kit every season. Ea is partners with brands like Beats, so we should be able to put those on our shirts etc. Also I thinks having the brazilian league also would be nice, also more national teams, there arent even 32 national teams. Also having the club world cup will be nice.
I think growth in career should not be based on age, but more based on performance
They need to add all the bundesliga coaches because they are purely not there in career mode.

I wish next year they can put new commentary in FC 25 because the current one is kinda boring. ( maybe they should bring back alan smith & martin tyler). It will be good to change the commentery for various different games like the champions league etc.😊

This isn't even that hard to add but they need to make created characters have their in-game face in the menus, like how youth academy players are. I don't know why this isn't a thing but having created Lamine Yamal and seeing a gray man in every score sheet annoys me.
Also the ability to give created players tattoos and edit their composure and skill moves
