@@Latias38 i am not qualified to speak on this subject but i think it's because console GH games are locked to 60hz which eats up a lot of inputs on super fast strumming sections like 2a
@@halo4224 I actually managed to ask Acai to give some more info. The strumming in the solo is 22 NPS while the strumming in The Devil Went Down to Georgia maxes out at 20 NPS. Combined that with 60 FPS and 60 Hz and the somewhat complicated patterns; yea, I have a much better idea now.

Well, here’s a fun fact: on the Wii version of Guitar Hero: Van Halen, during the chorus of “Stacy’s Mom”, the drummer will start playing 16th notes on the ride cymbal with both hands, which obviously does not match with the drums in the song. 💀

GHWT was really, really bad. Not even close. However, GH:M, GH:SH, and GH:VH were copy and paste engines. It did help, though, if you set the calibration to 20ms more than you actually needed, to shift the timing window to more appropriately reflect what was required for fast sections. In all the GH games, there's no back end to the timing window after the next note.
