Hey! :) I actually have the same rug and Im thinking of painting it. Now that it's 5 years since you made this video - how long did the paint last and were there any problems with it??

Is it easy to vaccum a rug once it's painted?
is this child friendly? like can i do it for my classroom?
Rather than stepping on it, unless you have brand new shoes, why not use gardening or utility gloves.
Nice rug, by the way. Like the spacer idea.
Not many people wear shoes in their house on the regular. So I think bare feet or socks would suffice.
