My rear light has a build up of condensation. If I take it out like this will I be able to wipe/clear away the condensation or do I need to replace the whole light unit? Thank you

You either have to replacement the whole light or drill a small hole somewhere to let the condesation out

When you say the one in the center is a normal light, what do you mean? When and how does it light up?
