@@GbeyiwaFaith water itself doesn't tame frizz because adding water to the hair slightly open the hairs cuticle and frizz is as a result of a open cuticle,dats why people don't use water based products for their silk presses,when the humidity is high which is water causes hair to frizz up too...the ingredients like you said could help with frizz overtime because it will keep the hair hydrated and cuticle closed for long and will not need to keep adding water to the hair which keeps the frizz away

3 hibiscus buds is enough. To much hibiscus 🌺 will thin out your hair. N use 1 a week
