Garlic Butter Steak Bites

- sorry about the video i took a drink of tea and it went down the wrong way and i got choked on it right before i started filming the video, and the microphone on my phone is awful so next video i'm gonna use the hubs ipad and see if that makes a difference.
1 1/2 lbs. beef lean stew meat cubes or a steak or a roast cut up in cubes
steak seasoning
onion powder
garlic powder
2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
3 tablespoons butter, divided
7 cloves of garlic finely chopped
3 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Heat oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet and add the steak cubes, cooking over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes to good and brown on both sides and your choose of doneness of the steak cubes.
Don't over crowd the pan and you might have to do this in batches.
After all steak bites are cooked, then add them back to the pan with 2 tablespoons of butter and the chopped garlic and chopped parsley, and 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce and sautee for another 30 to 60 seconds.

I had to switch my diet up to... I've made this with cut up chicken and pork and several times I've used cut up boneless fish... All good proteins... 😏

Those bites look delicious. I make those and add some jarred pepperocini peppers and a little of the jarred juice they’re packed in. Sometimes a little squeeze of lemon juice too. Add a little more olive oil and butter. So good 😅

Thanks for another great and easy recipe video... I've been making several different versions of this type of recipe for years... I've used cut up chicken and pork and several times I've even used cut up boneless fish... It's the butter, garlic, onions, and mushrooms that "make" the dish work... But then again, those four ingredients make ANY dish work!!! Right??? 🤣😂

What kind of butter do you use? I started buying the ‘good stuff’…the sweet cream real butter and I will never, ever buy anything else!! It absolutely makes a huge difference in everything I make. Everything…. It’s worth being 6 x as much 🤣🤣 (it really is)
You're right, nothing can take the place of real butter. I saw where they were pushing grilled cheese sandwiches with mayonnaise on the bread and frying it that way I tried it and it was absolutely horrible, tasted like fish😢

When ever I remove beef steak from heat- I squeeze some fresh lemon juice on the meat which finishes the flavor but not enough juice so it tastes like lemon
