About the Video
The biggest Stamp paper scam was started in 1992 and made public in 2003. The main culprit is said to be Adul Karim Telgi. However, there are a number of other politicians and government officials who were involved in the orchestration of such a big scam in India and took it to a level wherein it became the biggest stamp paper scam in India. Also known as the Telgi Scam of 2003 or the fake stamp paper scam in India, It had actually started in 1992 and became public in 2003.
The fraud featured a highly organised counterfeit stamp paper ring that operated across numerous Indian states and had an estimated magnitude of more than Rs 30,000 crore. In order to help create an artificial shortage of documents and procure equipment and printing supplies to make the fake papers, Telgi's team bribed off employees of the Indian Security Press. A series has been made on Scam 2003. You can watch it before watching the video or even after it. The video is made through independent research by referring to articles and research papers, and books- "The Counterfeiter" by Bhaswar Mukherjee and “Reporter Ki Diary" by Sanjay Singh.

The scam was so big that one of my friends father was constable at that time and he was involved in the raid, and he literally brought crores of cash home. All those who were involved in that raid are crorepati now😂😂😂.

Well according to sources stamp papers were not technically fake. As they were using the same machine and the same printing color so there is no way they have any difference as the same corrupt people were making those stamps. The stamps were fake in the sense that they are making these stamps illegally...
Audits were done but as you know this scam can't be done with just 2-3 people.
A lot of corrupt people were involved in this hierarchy and everyone was getting their cut...
