I am 25, single,secure and happy, not looking but also not opposed to dating and marriage eventually.That would be amazing but for right now I'm focused on getting myself to the best version of me or atleast a better version of who I am right now. Honestly nowhere is marriage advice have I heard not to settle everyone alway says yeah you have go compromise and it didn't sit right with me that they would advise me just choose someone if they are nice enough. I always wanted to marry for Allahs sake but when i tried to get to know someone i liked as well it always went wrong, they always ended up telling me they dont want to marry eventually.
My family insisted to just marry some guy they knew who had a good background but i didnt feel anything for him.
It hurts i cant show my mum who i probly wont have long anymore in my life that i found me a loving good husband. Its weird coming from parents who were married at a very young age to as myself getting older and just numb to any kind of love.
I do believe Allah created us with our soul mate... however i dont think everyone meets their soul mate on earth ... life has challenges and tests n some may have found their divine pair on earth but others may only receive later... just a thought on what u said about pairs... i also believe tjat Allah knows us best better than we know our selves... n while we go in with checklist a part of us should be willing to submit to Allahs will

I honor your union...love what hear from the two of you...I do have one question, why does Islam allow a man to be uncovered and a woman is expected to remain covered. If it is not an Islamic doctrine why is expected. Can modest be nonrevaling clothes, for example no cleavage showing or no short dresses or tight clothes. Amara's conversation speaks of her virtue. She is a thoughtful mature woman. Just asking. Sufjan "appears" more free to express himself via fashion than Amara. No criticism, just my observation...Love the both of you...kim
Definitely agree .. exposing his arms muscles all the times with tight tops would be the same as amara wearing leggings and showing her booty and how much she is working out . As much as you show your biceps 💪. Or if wore tight tops showing her breast .
Actually but men and women have to cover themselves. Also, I am sure Amara dresses well, as a modest hijab women it is a journey to find your style or what works but this is just a video so we can’t say for sure that she is unable to express her self fashion wise just because she wears the hijab.
Hi Kim! ❤️ Men and women in Islam are to cover certain areas. Muslim women can be suuuuuuper expressive with their fashion...I'm just a lazy/ casual dresser 👀😂🙈. I put effort in sometimes because I think hijab can look even more beautiful when paired with a stylish outfit, I just really enjoy my comfies and get too casual with it. 😬 Sufyan is way more fashionable than me I'd say, but that's not a Muslim thing 😂. I think Muslim women, these days especially, are actually super fashionable and dress so well. Yes, modest can be non revealing others that don't show cleavage/ a lot of skin/ tightness. I wish I was more into it to be honest! Sis Rofiat, it's definitely a journey for me 😂😂 Xx
